Waiohuli Beach Hale es un pequeño complejo frente al mar situado en Cordoba Maui Hawaii. Esta propiedad cuenta con una gran sensación de la hawaiana con un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. Cada unidad se encuentra a pocos pasos del mar y tiene una ubicación céntrica con excelentes tiendas, restaurantes y playas, y está a minutos de los campos de golf de Wailea y Makena. Además hay una piscina de 60 pies climatizada con energía solar, barbacoas y tejo situado justo al lado del océano. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is located in a perfect place to stay in Kihei. You have a very good Times market next block over. The beach is on property and less than 100 yards. You also have a few shopping centers and a food truck place a short walking distance. Every morning sipping on your coffee in a very quiet atmosphere was great. Parking was easy and free. They supplied us with beach items to use like an umbrella, ice chest and chair. Although a couple need upgrading but not complaining. They did their job. Plenty of towels were supplied. Kitchen was great and updated. Overall, this is a diamond in the rough in Maui. My family and I really enjoy our stay here and will use this condo again if available in future trips.

Fabulous find

This condo was everything we needed and hoped for as a family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics and then some, plenty of towels, beach equipment, fabulous access to beach. Only negative is that the king bed is long overdue for a new mattress.

We have stayed at this location several times now and this room tucked in the corner was quiet, and extremely clean and comfortable. The beach is basically in your backyard and if you feel like skipping the sand one day you can still enjoy the views in the grassy area above the beach. The condo has everything you need when it comes to cookware and beach items, though I do wish there was a couple more rolls of TP. Overall, it's a great place to stay- super chill and relaxing which is what we're always looking for.

I came to this property for my 30th birthday and had an amazing time. The property was very communicative and The rental had a lot of amenities that we were pleasantly surprised to see like the boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, and Beach chairs. The property is right off of the ocean past the swimming pool. Sunsets were gorgeous to watch; we saw sea turtles almost every day. It’s a very quiet complex which was appreciated and our neighbors were all very pleasant. The kitchen was extremely convenient for making snacks for the day. Parking was easy to find and right next to the rental.

Everything as it was advertised. Kitchen full of Everything you would need. They have beach chairs and cooler too which was convienet for us when we visited the Volcano. The only thing disturbing was very loud AC, sometimes we had difficulty sleeping.

Great location!

Loved the fact that this area isn't crowded. Lovely people staying at this property, quiet and clean. Easy access to everything. Nice pool, located directly on beach. Our unit was tasteful, the only issue was the bed which needs a new mattress. We'll be back!

Loved our stay. Had all the things we needed. If heat is an issue, you’ll need to stay in the bedroom as AC in living space is not the greatest. We didn’t mind the heat though. That’s part of why we came!

Waiohuli Beach Hale

My husband and I had an amazing week staying at this property. The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed most of our meals on the patio and looked out at the garden. The beach was also such a short walk which made it so easy for us to stay on the property the whole week. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores near by. My husband and I are definitely coming again next year—thank you for hosting us!!

First floor condo

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The decor is beautiful and the whole thing has been recently updated. The bed was comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. It was very well stocked with pretty much everything anyone would need. I do want to mention that there is no central air conditioner. The small air conditioner units in the condo are very loud and the one in the living room didn’t work very well so it was pretty hot. The bathroom heats up quickly as there is no air conditioning in there and with the door closed it quickly becomes uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom works well and keeps the room nice and cool. If it had been as bad as the one in the living room we wouldn’t have been able to sleep and it would have been miserable. If someone had to sleep in the living room it would be difficult with the heat. We weren’t in the room much so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely recommend that the owner install a split unit which would work much better and be a lot more energy efficient. Also, there is absolutely no shade available at the pool so keep that in mind. The beach is gorgeous and very close to the unit. There were hardly any people on the beach so it felt very private. We had a really great experience and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great Beach Towels, could use a new upright Beach Chair or two for the oldies like us..I Think the large TV should be in the Living Room, but maybe its not a smart TV, the sound in the LR TV is NOT GOOD...it vibrates and echos...the other thing would be the Kitchen Cabinetry really needs a good overhaul..new hinges ..or mabye just a whole new situation....small changes that would help a lot...Great Bathroom and Bedroom..good storage..the Bed??? Might need replacing? Two new AC units, nice to have..we did not use. Loved 114 and will be back soon. Thank you for having us..Mahalo

Management company was wonderful and responsive, checked in on us a few times while we were there and gave some recommendations. We did have problems with the on site manager of this complex who was less than kind and seemed to have a general disdain for children and an unprofessional disposition. We did hear from other guests who have stayed here repeatedly that this was normal behaviour from the on site manager. We would not stay here again for this reason alone as it really put a damper on our holiday. Otherwise it was a lovely facility.

Great stay!

Highly recommend. The house was clean and felt safe / comfortable. There is a small local beach behind the stay that is pretty quiet and nice to relax and sit at. Loved this!
