We know you are coming to West Emerson to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 21 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
