Para obtener fotos e información adicional, puede visitar mi página de Facebook (Emerald Isle 1006). No se arrepentirá. Las vistas son espectaculares y están a sólo pasos de la playa. Isla Esmeralda es un edificio cerrado con acceso desde el Golfo de México y de la principal avenida. Hay 16 plantas, dos piscinas, un jacuzzi y una (pequeña) sala de entrenamiento. Hay dos ascensores y baños en la zona del vestíbulo. El condominio es 1300 sq. Ft., Con una cocina, sala de estar, dos dormitorios y dos baños. Tenemos una cocina completamente equipada y proporcionamos ropa de cama necesarios. Para aquellos de ustedes que no les gusta cocinar, estamos a poca distancia de varios restaurantes. Somos propietarios de locales y tratamos muy duro para mantener el condominio limpio y acogedor !! No vamos a alquilar a cualquier persona menor de 21 años de edad.

Great family stay!

We had a great stay! We loved the sunsets and dolphin watching from the balcony. The beach chair service and extra towels in the condo were a great convenience as well. The heated pool and hot tub were also fantastic for inconsistent spring break weather. It was a great time.

Clean and comfortable beach condo

This condo is excellent. The checkin process was clear and easy. We arrived to the property and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Isle and working with Deborah was a true joy. Everything was just as we expected and the 10th floor views were spectacular! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

This was our first time staying at Emerald Isle and we loved unit 1006! It was beautiful, beachy and cozy. The unit was extremely clean, and the expansive views were stunning. I loved getting to see the gulf from the lovely kitchen. Our host was very helpful and responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A nice time

Despite unseasonable weather, we had a lovely time at the condo, great views, walkable to go out for a special lunch, dinner, shopping which was a nice change from our time earlier in the week in Destin which required more driving. Enjoyed the beach vibe and would go back again.

Great Stay!

The Villa Primera met ALL our expectations. The condo was very clean and well prepared for our stay. As well, the buildings amenities were very nice and well kept. The location sits on a nice part of the beach and is close to restaurants and shops. WELL DONE!

A Perfect Place to Stay in Pensacola Beach!

Our first time in Pensacola and this was an incredible property for our family! Just a 5 minute drive from the main dining/entertainment/shopping area but far enough to offer a less crowded beachfront. The condo has a perfect view of the Gulf and the complimentary beach chairs & umbrella was an absolute plus. Thank you for having us Deborah and we hope to be back soon!

Summer Family Vacation 2024

Our stay at Emerald Isle was awesome! We loved the location. The condo was in excellent condition. The only negative thing to mention is the twin bed mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable according to our sons. The balcony was so nice and we loved the table and chairs. The kitchen was nicely stocked and made it easy for cooking. We would recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect spot! Walking distance to stores, cafe’s, shopping… and the view was amazing! Like other reviewers, I now have a new blender to buy! We will be returning to this one!

Very clean and great view

The condo was super clean with amazing views of the gulf. A wonderful perk is having the beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental. You are also within walking distance to all the restaurants. The owners thought of everything to make you feel right at home. They even checked in to make sure we were all ok after a few nights of some intense storms. We will definitely be back for another stay!!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful updated condo. Master bed was so comfortable and the views from the balcony are great. The condo has lots of little amenities that the big rental companies don't (more than 1 roll of toilet paper, extra dishwasher detergent, plenty of trash bags, beach towels, etc)

Great condo

My family had a great time. This condo was perfect right on the beach with a great view. The pools were great too. The only complaint I have is the internet speed. It was difficult to stream anything on the TVs while we were there. Other than that it was a perfect vacation. Would definitely rent again.

Spectacular View!!! Close to everything you need for a convenient, relaxing vacation!

We had a great time. Deborah was easily accessible and easy to work with. The condo is CLEAN and equipped with all the necessities. ON THE BEACH- BALCONY VIEWS! My only con- the Air Conditioner is governed at 72 degrees- that's as low as she goes. IF that's a perfect temperature for you, then this condo will be as well.

Great View!

The view was amazing! balcony a bit small but worth it. Needs some updating in all areas. Deborah was easy to reach and responded quickly. Loved that we got an umbrella and 2 chairs with the condo. We bought a large tent while there and with the umbrella also, it provided much needed shade towards end of trip. The two pools are great sizes and the water felt wonderful. Great trip!

Great Vacation Condo

We had a great stay at Deborah’s condo. Everything was clean, well-stocked and nicely furnished, while the recently remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and flooring are inviting and comfortable. The view was awesome. Deborah even gave us a heads up to a Blue Angels' fly-by with a perfect view from the balcony. The inclusion of chairs and umbrella was convenient and made it easy to scratch a couple things off our list of items to haul along. And you couldn’t beat the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo is nicely located a short distance from the bridge and within walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Pensacola Beach Emerald Isle 2020

The location of this building is ideal-near the business centre and of course right on the beach. The building is well equipped with two pools-one heated- and a hot tub. The building staff are friendly and helpful. The owners of our unit communicated well during the rental process and prior to us arriving. They also promptly responded to our request for an additional kitchen item and to two minor issues in the unit.

Spring Break Chill

Had an absolutely awesome time. The weather was a bit chilly but the sun was out and the pool heated. I am accustomed to bringing my own extra soap, towels, trash bags etc. however this was not necessary as everything was supplied. So nice. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds and furniture comfortable. The wind was a little scary at that elevation and a real wine glass would have been nice. We will be back. Highly recommend!

Our Favorite Rental Ever!

We LOVED our stay! Deborah thought of absolutely everything we would need, and the communication with her was wonderful. She really valued us as guests. The location was perfect, and the beach access was so quick and easy. It really was the best beach experience we’ve had. Having beach chair set-ups every day of the stay was awesome. We just grabbed beach towels (provided) and our sunscreen and headed out. There was even a small cooler available if we wanted to take a few drinks down there. We loved having a bay view getting off the elevator and then an ocean view entering the condo. The expansive view was my favorite part. My daughter loved it too! We are talking constantly about when we can get back to Florida to stay in this exact condo again! 10 out of 10 from us!!! 😃
