Disfruta de una vista espectacular del Océano Atlántico en "Ocean Breeze". Las nuevas actualizaciones para 2018 incluyen una ventana de sala de estar ampliada, pisos de mosaico en la sala de estar y alfombra nueva en el dormitorio. Baño recientemente renovado con cabina de ducha con azulejos y tocador de granito y colchones Serta nuevos en el dormitorio. "Ocean Breeze" admite mascotas y está convenientemente ubicado en el primer piso, a solo unos pasos de la pasarela de acceso a la playa, el gimnasio y la piscina. Vistas excepcionales del Océano Atlántico desde el interior del condominio y desde el balcón privado frente al mar. Balcón frente al mar con mesa de estilo pub y sillas para ver impresionantes amaneceres y delfines mientras disfruta de su café de la mañana. Condo tiene una cocina completa con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una nueva cafetera Keurig. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size, mientras que la sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama queen que permite hasta 4 personas. Condo tiene muchas comodidades adicionales, incluyendo Pac N Play, libros, reproductor de CD, reproductor de DVD y utensilios de cocina actualizados. Great location & exactly as pictured! Super short walk to the beach and once the pool reopens it will be perfect. It was so nice to bring our dog with us and met many other friendly dogs with their families.

Great condo!

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the condo is well appointed. The dishwasher needs to be secured and we would have enjoyed the pool, but otherwise we had a good stay.

Love the Beach!

Location to the beach was excellent. Short walk or drive to whatever you needed. I would definitely go back, my only cons where freezer was encrusted with ice so ice dispenser didn’t work, knives were dull and no cutting board. Access to beach was easy, beach was clean.

Perfect for our needs.

We needed a place to stay for two adults and a dog. The condo was the perfect size and had all of the things we needed. All of the appliances worked well. Check in was easy. The view is spectacular and the condo is adorable. We had never been to the Outer Banks and the central location worked for us to explore. Would rent this propertu again.

Great Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay with our dog! The beach and area are super pet friendly! We truly had a blast and look forward to possibly staying again! If we ever go back to the OBX this is where we would stay for sure! It was jellyfish season when we went so there were a lot of jellyfish some days which made it impossible to swim but other than that we had 0 complaints!! ( be warned, the area is very sandy so you will track sand into the condo, which didn’t bother us too much! ) :)

Really appreciated the fact that our condo opens to an interior corridor instead of directly outside. Unit was stocked with everything we needed. Access to the beach was super easy! Only areas of improvement would have been a more comfortable couch and attention to cleanliness details in the bathroom. Nothing major. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Condo, centrally located with easy access to Beach and great view of sunrise. Very well equipped Condo.No as clean as expected, lots of pets hair in many areas and under bed along with dust. A/C filter needed to be change.

Outter Banks spring getaway.

Everything was as depicted on the site and pictures. Comfortable, convenient and clean. Nice for our dogs. Unfortunately we had rain, cold and wind for several days. Great view from the porch once it cleared up. Convenient access to the beach. Good size for 2 people and 2 dogs. Would definitely stay again but may wait until later in the spring.

Great location. No frills.

Location is great The condo was comfortable. Cleanliness is a relative term. What some find clean others may not. I felt the apt could have been cleaner. The rental agency was very responsive. All checkin codes etc available before your stay. This is a great no frills bring your own Vrbo. If you are looking for fancy, new, modern the. This is not for you.

Cozy 1 bed, 1 bath condo with oceanfront view from the balcony - nicely decorated. My husband enjoyed chatting with other guests as they returned from the beach as the balcony is adjacent to the walkway. Lots of dogs at the property so we were comfortable having our dog with us - nice grassy area out front to air your dog - well lit at night. Just a couple areas that could use improvement: living room sleep sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on, shower floor is slippery, mattress is rock hard (I know some folks like that…), kitchen was adequately furnished but several glasses & dishes were cracked - would have been nice if there were more pieces to get thru the day without constantly washing. This was our first time renting a condo rather than a house at the beach - not our cup of tea - but no reflection on the property - it was very nice.

Great place in off season

Great place for dog owners. Close to elevator and to private boardwalk for beach. Nice front area to walk your dog! Make sure you bring all your essential items that are recommended in your pre arrival info! The beach area was wonderful, met some very nice folks from all over. The size of the condo was great for a couple with pet or if you had small kids for pull out bed. Would not be comfortable for 4 adults in my opinion . We thought the bed was very comfortable which is sometimes hard to find in a rental place. We did have to do some light cleaning to the condo upon arrival, mostly in the kitchen area. Also, during regular season, you will have minimal privacy on the porch area as it is right next to the beach entrance just as pics show. For this reason, it would not be a place for us during regular season. Overall our stay in early April was great! I would stay again during this time period.

it was not what we thought it would be

Did not like the bedroom as it felt like a whole in the wall. It had very small windows that were covered toward outside so you could not see anything through it. The walking distance to the beach was a huge challenge. Once we stepped out of the wooden pathway we would get sink to a pool of deep sand which getting out of it was a nightmare. My husband and I would sink in the sand to our knees. Our goal was to walk at the beach at least 2 times a day however after only 2 times we did not go back. I should admit that the photograph we saw on line was deceiving!

Million Dollar View

The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. But what put it over the top was the view. Sometimes it seemed surreal that we had such a breathtaking view. Would love to stay here again!!

Outer Banks Getaway

Other than the construction noise, this was a nice place to stay. Local food within walking distance was a plus. Can't say enough good things about the beach.

Nice condo with fantastic access to the beach and very close to OBX amenities. Only downside is the bedroom mattress needs to be replaced.

Cozy condo with beautiful ocean views

We really loved this place! My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week with our two dogs. Because our older dog is 14 and blind, one of us always had to stay with her. When I couldn’t be on the beach, I absolutely loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean! Our dogs loved it too! The condo was nicely decorated and the location was great. On the down side, I would say that the place needs a deep cleaning. The floor was dirty and you could definitely see that the cleaning is not very thorough. My husband and I actually did some extra cleaning while we were there, and even cleaned out the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, we have seen this before. Properties have made check in times later, and check out times earlier, but it’s obvious no extra time is spent on cleaning. Also, the DVD player wasn’t working and may need to be replaced. We lost internet for 2 days, so my husband went out and purchased a dvd for us to watch one evening. But unfortunately the DVD player wouldn’t open. We didn’t complain about either of these things since we still enjoyed our time there. We also think the property manager does an excellent job of informing guests of everything you need to know. They are also diligent in reminding pet owners to clean up after their pets. There’s a big grassy area in front of the condo to take your dogs. They have a trash can and even a poo bag dispenser for pet owners. And it was keep very clean for the most part. We really appreciated this! Unfortunately, there’s always that irresponsible person who lets their dog poop right next to the trash can and dispenser, and doesn’t bother cleaning it up. And that’s a shame because there’s no excuse. But overall, I think this is a great place and we would love to come back!!
