Nuestro condominio de segundo nivel, propiedad privada, de 1 dormitorio y 2 baños, se ha renovado recientemente y se ha actualizado con elementos personalizados y nuevos dispositivos electrónicos, electrodomésticos y unidades de aire acondicionado. Está situado en el edificio 13, en la zona de gran vegetación que conduce a la piscina principal y la playa (3-4 minutos a pie)

El gran salón es amplio y luminoso, frente al mar, y cuenta con un mueble de televisión hecha a la medida y Murphybed.

Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluyendo una nevera nueva, lavavajillas y microondas. La sala de estar y la cocina tienen unas vistas impresionantes de las palmeras, el océano y las islas vecinas.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un baño completo. Acabamos de instalar una nueva reina cama plegable en el Maestro, para más alternativas para dormir!

Tanto la sala de estar y dormitorio han controlado de forma independiente de aire acondicionado, así como ventiladores de techo.

Nuestros asientos exterior cerrado 4 y es perfecto para el desayuno con una vista o una cena barbacoa.

El Wailea Ekahi Village está situado frente al mar a lo largo de la pintoresca playa de Keawakapu, donde las arenas son como polvo suave. Las aguas circundantes son perfectas para el buceo y jugando en las olas suaves.

Ekahi tiene 35 acres de exuberantes jardines tropicales,,. Un corto paseo a lo largo del cinturón verde hacia la playa, te lleva a la piscina principal y hermoso pabellón, totalmente equipados con cocina y barbacoa para celebrar reuniones familiares. Hay otros 3 piscinas tranquilas en todo el complejo, uno de los cuales es tan sólo unos pasos de nuestra unidad.

Un hermoso paseo a lo largo de nuestra playa te lleva al nuevo Hyatt Hotel Andaz justo al lado, y luego en el Grand Wailea, las cuatro estaciones, y un número de otros hoteles de alta gama y todas sus instalaciones de lujo.

A poca distancia de Ekahi se puede encontrar tiendas de comestibles, cafeterías, tiendas de deportes acuáticos, y restaurantes.

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great view from the lanai, easy access to the beach, multiple pools, walkable to shops and short drive to restaurants. Communication with Sharon pre-trip was seamless. The condo was fully equipped for beach days and had everything we needed for our stay. Better stocked than other places we've stayed. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the bedding and pillows. Some of the sheets and mattress pads had stains. But overall the unit was clean, as well as the property grounds. They are well maintained. Would stay here again. Mahalo!

Paradise but....

Pluses: beautiful condo, great view, good location near quiet pool, spotlessly clean, two bathrooms. Minuses: refrigerator barely works and uses ice cube trays just like in grandma's day (oh joy); AC is noisy and cycling is annoying; internet worked after wasting time figuring out correct codes; TVs are small and controls are clunky. Considering the cost of staying here, amenities should be updated/improved.

Great location - but needs TLC

The unit is in a good location as it has a short downhill walk to the pool and beach. It wouldn't take much to elevate this property - to one that would give the impression that the owner enjoyed & took pride in their property. The bathrooms are very dated & showers need quite a bit of TLC. We did not mind the dated furniture, but the living room carpet was absolutely filthy—beyond carpet cleaning—and desperately needed replacing. The kitchen had a very old and basic Mr. Coffee machine and mismatched dishware and silverware, which one would expect in a super cheap rental unit well below the price point of ekahi units. On the past two visits to Wailea, we stayed in the Ekolu complex—considered a step below the Ekahi complex—but the units we stayed in reflected owners who take pride in their property and care about their guests' experience. This unit gives the impression that the owners just don't care because it wouldn't take much of an investment to elevate this unit to the level of others in this complex, and at this price point, it is definitely warranted. We will likely rent in the Ekahi complex again, but not this unit.

Great Location within Ekahi with amazing Ocean Views, Directly at Molokini

Husband and I greatly enjoyed our 2 weeks here, 1 week with adult son using the LR Bed-super comfortable! This 1 BR 2 BA is a great layout for a couple or family with young kids. The 2 baths is a total win and its closet is filled with everything you need for your beach stay-chairs, umbrellas , cart, games, etc. There is a hill back to unit from the beachfront community pavilion and pool, but doable… it gets you the views you don’t get in “lower village.” And if the hill is non-negotiable, you can drive to the beachfront pool:) The unit is updated, comfortable and well supplied in the kitchen if you want to cook or grill. Housekeeping provided more than enough supplies and there were some appreciated “pay it forward” leave behinds, like aloe and other toiletries. Importantly, the owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay:) As many times as we’ve vacationed in Wailea, we’d definitely return to this unit! Ekahi Village is rare in that the complex has direct beach front access and Keawakapu beach is in excellent condition! Turtles swim right off shore, and you can walk out to snorkel direct from this beach! Direct access means you don’t have to drive to another beach, park, schlep your things and use porta-Johnnie’s. Here, you can walk up to a gated access to your private pool and community center. Ekahi is a great condo vacation stay!! And you can walk the 4 mile RT beachfront path along the hotel zone of Wailea. Mahalo!

My wife and I just returned from a 10 night stay here. The unit was great! It has a fantastic view of Molokini and the island of Kaho'olawe from all of the main living areas. Walk out of the bedroom in the morning and you are staring right out at the palm trees, ocean, and the beautiful scenery. The condo was clean, and well updated compared to some others in the complex. Most of the amenities were new, and mostly unused and it wasn't lacking anything. I will say we didn't cook at all, but most of the necessary kitchen equipment appeared to be there. One nice surprise is that the bed is a California King, which is longer than a standard king. I'm very tall and have one at home, and it was great to have one on vacation. Additionally the shower heads were high enough for tall people as well. The unit is quiet, with no detectable road noise in, or outside of the unit. Sit on the lanai and all you hear is rustling palms and birds. It is right next to one of the "quiet" pools, and is only a couple minute walk to the fantastic beaches. The Owner was very responsive to e-mails and inquiries. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything We'd Hoped For

We had a wonderful stay in this condo and will definitely be looking for it the next time we come to Maui. We've stayed at Wailea Ekahi 3 times now and wouldn't choose another property. This was our first time in this particular condo and without hesitation, we would stay again. It was exactly as the pictures and write-up described it. The location is great, a very easy walk down to the pool and beach. Parking is right outside and we never had problems with space. Anoles are everywhere and we looked forward to seeing the little green guy who hides behind the building number. We had no problem entering the condo with the combination lock code and the condo was spotless when we arrived. The view from the main living area is spectacular. There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean and Molokini Crater, then up close are the gardens. The patio, looking out over that view, is the perfect place for meals or a morning coffee. The condo is really well-stocked with more than you'll ever need. The kitchen has multiple sets of nice dishes. There are utensils and pans for every use. The appliances are newer and work great. For beach fun, there are wagons, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, bags, etc etc. You'll need to get your own snorkel gear, but that's expected and there are plenty of rental places nearby. The beds are comfortable, including the two Murphy beds. Just make sure you get those ceiling fans going because it can get a bit stuffy at night. The pillows were fluffy and clean. We all slept great. The furniture is all clean and nice and the decor is also very welcoming. The entry is tile, which helped keep sand under control, and there's a small vacuum that worked very well. The grounds are super well-maintained. The staff is constantly out there working but they are not noisy or intrusive. There is on-site security. The pool is so pretty. I love sitting in the covered pavilion reading or getting a little work done. There are tables and couch groupings in the pavilion and many many lounge chairs around the pool. The beach is right outside the pool area and is reached by a locked gate. If the waves get too big, the pool is right there. I really have nothing but good things to say and we really appreciate the owners sharing their home.

Perfect for families

Great location for us and our kids to experience everything Maui has to offer. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication and easy check in process. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

We loved staying here! 2-3 min walk to pool and very private beach. 2-3 min drive to other very popular beaches and walkway along the ocean. 2-3 min drive or 15 min walk to mall/places to eat. 10 minute drive to town with lots of places to eat. Lots of toys/bqgs/chairs to use for the beach. Roomy condo.

Amazing view. The pavilion is the best!

Great location. Beautiful unit. We enjoyed sitting in the amazing pavilion each night watching the sunset and cooking on the grills. Pools are great. All the thing you need for the beach are included. We will be back.

The perfect getaway!

Mahalo Sharon for sharing your beautiful home with us. Sharon was an exceptional host. She was very thorough and was prompt to answer any questions. The unit was fully stocked and the two Murphy beds worked out perfectly. The view was fabulous and the short walk to pool/beach was no problem. Great stay

My family of 4 stayed here for 10 days. Everything was great. The grounds were quiet and nicely maintained. The beach is a short walk and the condo was clean and well appointed. The picture doesn’t do the view justice. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks!

Such a fantastic condo. 3 minute walk to the beach. Condo had everything for the beach: boogie boards, towels, coolers, etc. Condo was updated and so clean. Ocean view was amazing. Sharon was wonderful to work with. Wailea was beautiful. So happy we chose this condo and I wouldn’t hesitate going back.

Has everything for family vacation!

My family stayed at Wailea Ekahi unit 13F for 6 nights. The unit was clean when we arrived. The check-in is super easy and instructions clear. The living room/kitchen area is bright and roomy with a wall bed and AC unit. The bedroom is also roomy with a master bed and another wall bed. It has a separate AC unit. There are 2 full spacious bathrooms - one by living room and one in the bedroom. This is more then enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. There were boogie boards, floaties, sand toys, beach towels in the closet. Kitchen and laundry appliances were good. The patio has a table for 4-6 people and a grill. Great ocean view. You can walk to the pool/beach in 5 minutes through the property or you can drive closer and park next to buildings located closer to the beach. The beach is great - protected with 2 very nice snorkeling areas. There are 2 pools - one is right under your patio and the other one is by the beach which is great, since you can combine beach/pool experience. Overall, this is a great way to stay in Wailea on a budget!

What a view!

Husband and I enjoyed a 5 night stay in this lovely condo. It was nicely furnished and fully stocked with kitchen necessities, beach items and some welcome snack goodies. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The grounds are lush with tropical landscaping and are immaculately kept. There is some construction going on with the main pool pavilion but the pools were still open and beach access was available. The Wailea area is beautiful, beaches are pristine and there are many shops and restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like cooking. Highly recommend this condo and location. With the beautiful view it is important to note that this unit is on the second floor and there is uphill/downhill walking to the pools and beach if mobility is a consideration.

Paradise!

We love staying at Ekahi Village and this unit, 13F, was perfect. It is so tranquil there but you are close to everything. I'm the person who starts with the view and works her way backwards with everything else about a vacation property. The view was fantastic! The unit had everything we could have wanted. Sharon, the owner, was very responsive to my questions. The welcome basket of goodies was a very thoughtful touch. We would stay in this unit again! Mahalo Sharon!

Wailea Ekahi is quiet and beautifully maintained. It is sheltered from the trade winds, and has very few rainy days. The complex is away from the hustle and bustle of typical tourist areas, but within a comfortable drive, if you wish to visit for a couple of hours or for a whole day.

Our unit is on the second (top) floor, and has breathtaking views of the Ocean and the Islands of Kahoolawe and Lanai. It is in a quiet and relaxing location, just steps from one of the quiet pools, which makes it easy to go for a quick dip, or to go back and forth to the unit, as the mood strikes you.
We have outfitted our condo with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler bags, beach toys and plenty of beach towels for your use and enjoyment.
The kitchen has all the small appliances you could want, as well as plastic food containers, food wraps, and more cooking utensils than we could list.
The unit was renovated, with new granite countertops, a beverage sink and an in-sink disposal, and has all new dining chairs, cushions, room towels and high-end linens.
The bedroom extension has plenty of room for the whole family to sleep. If you would prefer not to be confined to the bedroom once the kids have gone to bed, we have a queen-size custom-built Murphybed in the bedroom, along with the king bed. The livingroom Murphy bed provides even more sleeping options for your family stay!
