Relax and unwind by the private heated pool, fire up the gas grill for an evening BBQ, or enjoy your morning coffee on one of the multiple spacious decks with ocean breezes. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed open floor plan across two stories, including two family rooms, perfect for families or groups. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped and features high-end appliances, with an extra full-sized refrigerator—ideal for extended stays or entertaining.



The home is fully stocked with board games for cozy nights in, and every bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. Sleep in comfort with 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2 Full size beds, easily accommodating 10 guests (2 sleeper sofas are also available for flexibility, please let us know if you plan to use them). "Shore Thing" very comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).



You'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand soap. Professionally laundered bed linens and bath towels are also provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels or contact us before your stay for beach towel rental options.



Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge.



Guest Access:

Room for 2 cars in the private driveway. Guests will enjoy the entire home and private yard.

Located on a quiet residential street, yet enjoy a short stroll to the heart of Avalon with its shops, restaurants, entertainment and ice cream!



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.



No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.



Please note that the private pool is open seasonally and is available through Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day, the pool closes for the season.
