House Rules (Please Read Before Booking):

No smoking or vaping indoors. Please step outside if you need to smoke.

No parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood — please keep noise to a respectful level.

Registered guests only. No extra overnight visitors without approval.

Respect quiet hours (10pm–7am). We want everyone ( including our neighbors) to rest easy.

Locked closet is off-limits. It’s marked and holds supplies for our cleaning crew.

Please do not remove outdoor chairs/ furniture from the yard.

Feel free to enjoy a game of cornhole. Just be sure to put it back into it's zippered case after use.

Use garage + yard responsibly. Store clubs and gear in the garage, enjoy the yard — just treat the space like it’s your own home.

Ring doorbell camera + noise level monitors (non-recording) for security and peace of mind (no indoor cameras).

Please take care of the home. Report any damage so we can fix it quickly.


Fees (If Needed)

We don’t nickel-and-dime, but some situations do have real costs.

Indoor smoking or vaping: $300 odor-removal fee.

Unapproved pets: $250 fee minimum.

Excessive mess/trash: Extra cleaning fees may apply.

Unapproved late check-out: $50/hour.

Damage or missing items: Guests cover repair/replacement.
