Nuevo en el programa de alquiler. ¡Listo para que una familia pase tiempo en la playa! Este condominio cuenta con 3 habitaciones con un rey en el maestro, 2 reinas en cada habitación y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Pintura fresca en todo. Cuenta con ducha a ras de suelo en el dormitorio principal. Esta unidad es limpia, fresca y acogedora. La cocina está actualizada, totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Se agregó un extra de un refrigerador adicional en la sala de lavandería, con una lavadora y secadora apta para pila completa. Además, nuestro complejo ofrece piscina, parrilla / área de picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATUITO! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Great Condo and close to retaurants. View of ocean is not good, but the beach is SO handy, a couple of minutes and you are in your beach chair

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very roomy condo with enough space to seat 8 for eating or playing games- inside or out on the lanai. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy access to the beach and for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. It is an older building but the condo has been updated and very clean. We had a couple of minor maintenence issues but the staff was very responsive and the problem was fixed in no time. We would definitely come back again.

Great Beach Stay

Condo was exactly as described. Just far enough off the path to allow some privacy but within minutes of anything you might need. Uber Eats delivers if you just want a night in, and the property has its own private beach entrance, so you are literally steroid from sand and sun. Beaches are stunning! Couldn't have asked for better.

This condo had so much room that everyone was very comfortable. We wanted the bottom floor so we didn’t have to use the elevator since our grandkids would need so much stuff for the beach. The walk was a perfect distance to the beach! We loved everything about it! Planning to book this exact condo next year!

Overall rating of 4 is based on the issue with the floors and lack of a view of the ocean due to height of the sand dunes. It was a very nice, spacious unit and I would stay again in the future.

The view from patio is of the dunes, no line of sight to beach and waves, but you could hear the waves, which was relaxing. Loved being able to wheel luggage in, and not have to ride elevator. Shirt walk to beach access and loved having reserved beach chairs daily.

This is our new happy place!!

So warm and inviting,there is new living room and patio furniture since the photos were taken, which was an added bonus. We would make our coffee and breakfast in the morning and sit outside to wake-up before beginning our day. Each evening, we'd sit outside, enjoy an adult beverage (or three) and listen to the relaxing sound of the night tides before retiring inside for the evening. We were here during Hurricane Ian so we were obviously concerned about the approaching weather. The living room is where we would gather to watch the news at night for weather updates. The two couches and chair were comfortable and the TV reception never faltered. Thankfully for us, but unfortunately for others much further southwest, our vacation was not affected. The weather was perfect!The bedrooms were each decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the master bedroom and bath which had everything you could need, including an amazing view! The other two bedrooms were also comfortable and cozy (not small, but welcoming and safe).I have mobility issues and loved how easy it was to get from our condo to the pool and the beach. The only item that could be an issue for one with mobility issues would be the steps from the boardwalk to the beach. There are handrails to utilize, I am was able to do so with those, but there is a quiet public beach access right next door to the condos with a handicapped accessible ramp that can be used as an option. For persons with a cane (and some great friends) you may be okay with Nautilus' boardwalk and steps.You can tell from the small touches around the condo that the owners, Kim and Joe, love and take great pride in 1103. For those of us who are fortunate to get a week when it's not already booked, thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven! We can't wait to share this with our family and friends and are already planning our next trip here!
