Upstairs, you’ll find a lounge area that’s perfect for hanging out in after a day on the water. Guests can step out onto the second-floor balcony to enjoy coffee at sunrise or breathtaking sunsets in the evening.



For sleeping arrangements, the home accommodates up to 9 guests comfortably. There are four bedrooms total, including a downstairs master suite, plus a twin pull-out in Bedroom 2 for added flexibility.



Outdoors, the property shines with direct river frontage and a private dock—perfect for fishing, launching a boat, or watching dolphins and manatees glide by. A backyard putting green adds a fun and unique way to enjoy the sunshine, while two tandem kayaks and a paddleboard invite you to explore the water. At night, gather around the outdoor gas fireplace and enjoy the quiet riverfront setting under the stars.

Note: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras on the property as well as a Ring doorbell at the front entrance.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with use of a digital lock and door code. A gate code for the security gate will also be provided.

With highway 95 in close proximity, you'll also find yourself within easy reach of various attractions and amenities.



Getting Around:

Being on Merritt Island, you're close to the mainland and the beaches. Local transportation includes driving, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. For longer trips, Orlando and other major cities are within a reasonable driving distance

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
