Condo was very clean and just the right size for 2 adults ( with room for two young children). View of the ocean was great and just a short walk to the beach.

Close proximity to the beach. Great views. Only recommendation would be to add an outdoor ceiling fan.

The space was perfect for my family of two! Although the unit was not clean upon our arrival, the rental company promptly got housekeeping back to finish the job. Other than that brief hiccup, we enjoyed the condo and its proximity to the beach and shops.

Getaway for 2

Great location, nicely furnished, decent mattress. This is an older building so some amenities like in unit laundry and central heat aren't an option. This is not the owners fault and those things were clearly stated in the property description. We had a good time.

Wonderful location, needed a good cleaning

This was a lovely rental with a perfect location, however that being said VRBO has upped fees for a number of things including cleaning, and this rental unit was not up to snuff, the tables had not been wiped down, and the floors were not mopped, and the amount of dirt, food and misc stuff under the couch and under the bed was honestly gross :( Would we stay here again, probably, because it's a great location with all the amenities we need, but for what we were required to pay in additional fees, extremely disappointed.

Very nice beach

Nice place, great beach. The building is obviously very old, so there's a musky smell to all of the carpet in the hallways, balcony and in the air conditioner units. There is not a starbucks next door, as stated, but just a place that serves starbucks coffee and the worker was not equipped to even take orders the morning we tried to go. The little restaurant next door is only a self serve place that is not open for dinner currently. They did have free water bottles nextdoor though, which was nice. Otherwise, the condo itself is updated and nice inside. We saw lots of wildlife during our stay and really enjoyed the beach.

Needs a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I do not appreciate using our hard earned and saved money for a vacation to feel like we are sleeping in a Motel 6 (sorry Motel 6). We thought that by spending a little extra on a room we would get better quality as we have stayed in HHI three times now with not the greatest of accommodations. And it is not because we are not spending the money for lodging. The room smelled terribly musty. There was about 2 inches of dust on all lamps, baseboards, and blinds. The AC unit in the bedroom smelled like old dank chemicals and urine. It is only about 2 feet away from the bed and so trying to sleep was essentially awful. I even tried pulling out the sofa sleeper in the living room but we all know how uncomfortable those are. We came home a day early just so we could get some rest. HHI itself is great! The beach is lovely and we have enjoyed exploring the island on our bikes and the food is great (choose wisely). I think we are going to try some new beaches to visit in the future and hopefully they will honor the guests and the money they spend by providing an exceptionally clean environment to vacation in.

We are so sorry you had a bad experience. Not that this helps you, but this unit is being gutted and completely redone beginning next week. It should be beautiful for the next season. If you call us again, we will make it up to you.

You couldn't give me a million dollars for the confusing cable tv using Spectrum. difficult to program!! Also they need to make the shower safe for seniors. No safety bars or treads in the tub/shower. Nothing to grab onto if we slip in the shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and view were awesome. Unit was clean. Parking was easy since not many people were around. The elevator and 4th floor laundry were broken during our stay, so we really got our steps in. We were offered a room on a lower floor because of the elevator, but chose to keep the 4th floor room. The pool wasn’t its advertised temperature.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome location. Nice property. My only complaint would be that the latch to the balcony was broken and would not lock. Would have felt more secure had it been able to lock. Dusting could be improved. Overall it was a great stay. Short walk to Coligny Plaza that had shopping and restaurants AND a beach tiki bar with live music.
