Esta villa de un dormitorio recientemente renovada tiene una cocina completa, sala de comedor combinada y un dormitorio separado con una cama de matrimonio y un baño. Esta unidad también tiene un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. El balcón de la sala de estar ofrece una vista directa del océano. Very nice unit

the unit was very nice with ample space for the 2 of us. The location was great - on the beach and within walking distance of Coligney circle. We had two minor issues -one with the tv and one with the dishwasher which were promptly addressed by the staff. We have made many trips to Hilton Head and this was one of the nicest units in which we have stayed.

Nice Location and clean condo.

This condo was clean and exactly at pictured. We liked the location and its proximity to Coligny and the rental co.was good about answering the phone and answering questions we had. The space is good for 2 people but might be tight with any others, and the kitchen is nice and well stocked. The Ac units seemed to have to really work hard to keep the place cool and we kept them down pretty low but they worked. The one thing that could use replacing is the pillows. They are worn out and not comfortable to sleep on.

The unit was clean but there are some areas that need some updates/touchups as the building is a little old. The kitchen had most utensils, etc stocked but not as many as I expected (lacking a knife block, as an example). That didn’t detract from our stay but something to check on if you plan on preparing lots of food or eating in a lot. I also did not bring any cash and the onsite laundry only takes quarters (there is a bill change machine) - just something to note as many folks don’t carry cash these days! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The folks at the office are very kind and helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy. The best thing about it was the location. We were a half mile from Coligny Plaza and other shopping and eating. The pool was heated and clean. The beach was right outside our balcony. The worst part was the bed. It collapsed twice while just sitting on it. It had a plastic sheet under the fitted sheet. It did not fit well so caused lumps and the fitted sheet kept coming off. Plus it made you sweat at night. The old fashioned air conditioner in the bedroom was noisy and always turning on and off. Everything else in the room was good.

Perfect location

This property is spectacular! It was the perfect size for myself and my partner. It would be fine for another couple if they were ok with sleeping on the sofa coach-or 1-2 smaller children. The view to the ocean from the living room/kitchen was gorgeous. The walk to the beach had a clear path. I will absolutely stay at this property again. I am already planning a vacation here with my 2children and myself. The only con that I can think of is-it would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs to take to the beach. We did rent some chairs and umbrella for $40. Per day and that was nice but I’d like to have sat closer to the water sometime. This would not stop me from renting this property though.
