Enjoy a huge private backyard—ideal for children to play or for relaxing with friends. The home offers modern amenities, a safe and quiet setting, and quick access to Twelve Corners, Pittsford Plaza, and the University of Rochester (less than 4 miles away), under 4 miles from University of Rochester, and 11 minutes from ROC airport. Enjoy a bright living area, modern kitchen, huge backyard with playset, and private deck.
Expect a Safe, family-friendly neighborhood walking distance from Pittsford Plaza, Twelve Corners, & only Whole foods.
Whether you’re here for work, school, or leisure, this home provides the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in: After 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request, if available).
Check-out: By 11:00 AM (late check-out may be arranged in advance).
General:
No Smoking, Vaping, or Marijuana: Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited at the property. You may use designated outdoor areas only.
No parties or events.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed to enter the property. If any unregistered individuals attempt to enter, the booking will be immediately canceled without refund.
No Unauthorized Visitors: Please ensure all visitors are included in your reservation before arrival. Unapproved guests or visitors not listed on your booking are not allowed to stay or enter the property.
Violation of Policy: Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property with no refund.
