We're only a 7-minute drive from the airport, a 10-minute trip to historic Old San Juan, and a scenic 30-minute journey to the lush trails of El Yunque National Forest. This studio is the ideal home base for your Puerto Rican adventure, whether you're here to unwind by the sea or explore the island's best sights.

The ESJ Towers complex adds to your experience with fantastic amenities like an inviting lobby bar for evening cocktails and a fully-equipped gym to keep up with your routine. Plus, you get the added convenience of assigned parking, so you never have to worry about finding a spot.

We want to let you know that for your security, our property is equipped with an integrated Ring camera and a camera in the patio area.

There are elevators available.
There is no parking available.

Please be aware that there is no parking available on-site. However, street parking is usually readily available in the area. Alternatively, we recommend using the parking facilities at the "Metropol" restaurant, which offers daily parking for a fee.

While the pool is temporarily closed, guests can enjoy direct access to the beach, located just steps away from the property. The building is secure, and you’ll have access to all amenities within the unit, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more.

Important: We require a $200 security deposit held during your stay. This deposit is refundable 7 days after your departure and serves as a safeguard against any potential property damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will send you a secure link to add your payment method, please note it won't be shown as a payment, since it is a hold deposit. Our system will automatically place a hold on the deposit amount, which will then be released 7 days after your check-out, provided there are no damages, in the case of any damages, we will capture the corresponding amount and then refund the remaining balance.
