IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



To ensure the care of our property, a refundable security deposit policy of $200 is required for all stays:



- Policy Requirement: This deposit must be settled prior to check-in. Failure to provide the deposit may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



- Payment Process: A member of our team will contact you following your booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically a day before your arrival.



- Refund Policy: The full amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations have occurred. In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, the remaining balance will be returned to you along with a summary of the deductions.
