Perfect weekend

We had a fabulous time staying at Cathy and Doug’s place. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable, it was very clean, the view cannot be beat, games for the kids to play, and the kitchen was perfect and well appointed for cooking a cozy dinner. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. Location was great, close to restaurants, and multiple mountains. We were so happy staying here and will definitely be back again soon!

Amazing views

Amazing views of the mountains, breathtaking. The property was nice but could use a little updating. Had troubles with the hot water heater. Host was super responsive and had someone come over to fix it.

Beautiful view, clean house. We all enjoyed it very well.

We (totally 6) stayed in this property for 1-week summer vacation. It was a great experience. The property looks exactly as the photos shown in website. It is located in a small community which is very nice, quiet and secure. The view from back porch is stunning, In the morning and night, both have amazing views. The house is very clean. Owner provided everything you need. In the all, all my family love this vacation house very much and look forward to coming back again.

Great location, awesome view!

Property was as described, very clean, and had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Excellent location to access the countless hiking and climbing locations in the Mount Washington area. You’ll never get tired of the sunset view from the deck! We would gladly return to this property.

Positive experience

The beautiful pictures are exactly how they look in real life. The property was in a good location for hiking and had plenty of places to eat within a short drive. We did have an issue where the house was not completely cleaned when we arrived, however the owner Doug reached out to me to handle the issue and was so apologetic and accommodating about it. I considered taking off a star for this, however mistakes like this happen and I truly appreciate how Doug handled it so I decided to keep it at 5 stars. Would definitely return to the property again.

Stunning view and wonderful stay

We had a family trip at this property. The view was gorgeous. We could just stay inside without the need to leave the house to enjoy the view from morning to night. This is especially valuable when you have a young kid who just wants to stay at home after a 4 hour hiking the day before. The weather was perfect (70s F) at our stay. The orientation of this unit is perfect for taking star tailing photos right from the balcony. Of course it's also perfect to see the milky way at a clear night, or take a time-laps photo/video at a cloudy day. The whole complex is also very clean and beautiful. The owner corresponded fast and well. The only thing I wish to have in this house is a customized curtain (for the top part of the window) in the master bedroom to block the morning sunlight. But if you are an early bird, it won't bother you at all. I highly recommend this place to my friends and they are looking forward to their own future stay.

Amazing views!

This townhouse was the perfect place for a short getaway in the White Mountains. Views were incredible from the unit and deck and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Owner kept in contact with us while we were there and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

House looked exactly like the photo's. It was in a great spot, we were close to the Saco river, Conway shopping, North Conway shopping, and the Kancamagus highway. We spent mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings on the deck with drinks. The kids had plenty of space to move around. We will definitely stay here again.

Summer stay

We loved the location, the property and view were beautiful. Our only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. The owner did leave a hefty supply of fans, yet they just circulated the hot air. We would visit every year if the unit had AC. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

Stunning Views of the valley

The condo layout is spacious and comfortable. The deck and pretty much all rooms are overlooking the vast valley. The pictures don't do justice. The views are much much better in person. The place is close to downtown restaurants and Kanc. Doug and family were wonderful hosts and the condo had everything one would need. We'd love to be back again.

Home Away from home!

A quiet, cozy home with spectacular views! Very clean. Perfect for two small families. Great location ! Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space . We did not want to leave! I can not say enough about this house. Our family just loved it. The owner was friendly and easy to work with.

This property offers stunning views of the mountains and valley below. We look forward to waking up and watching the sunrise over the mountains with a cup of coffee before heading out on an adventure, and watching the sunset when we return while sitting on the deck or from the huge picture window inside.

Main Floor:
The main floor of the house has an open floor plan. The kitchen opens up to a sizable dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people, and the living room has two comfortable couches, and a reclining chair. The wood stove between the kitchen and the living room is both cozy and functional on cold winter nights. The living room is a great place to watch movies or play games with a group.

Lower Level:
The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with twin beds, a sitting room with a queen pull-out couch, a full bathroom and a washer/dryer.

Upper Level:
The upper level has a queen-sized master bed, a full bathroom and a loft that includes a queen-sized pull out couch.
