For your complete enjoyment, this totally remodeled condo with complete new furnishings, decor and amenities. In this beachfront inverted "Y" shaped Highrise, the positioning of this unit is the ultimate location sitting directly on top of the beach. The closest you can get to afford you specular views the minute you step in the your rental unit until the sun sets with glorious color. Beachfront living room, dining area and kitchen. Two bedrooms both with sliding doors to your private long "L" shaped lanai with the same continuous beach and Gulf views south, west and north. The master bedroom features a king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, ensuite bath with double sinks, step in shower with rainfall showerhead, large closet and shelving space with 2 luggage racks. The adjacent guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, mounted flat screen TV, full bath adjacent with tub and shower, closet shelving and 2 luggage racks, Guest bedroom twins can be made into king bed. Converting equipment and linens provided. We'll do all the king set up for you with advance notice so that you're ready to unpack and begin enjoyment the minute you walk in. All linens, beach towels, beach equipment, kitchen equipment, 3 flat screen TVS's with cable, wifi, lanai furniture provided for your home-like vacation living.
Heated pool just down the elevator, sharing with only adjacent Highrise tower within complex. Tennis and pickleball courts on site, BBQ Grills on site. Covered parking adjacent to building with additional parking on top of garage. 24 hour security guards at property entrance. Close walk to various restaurants and close ride by car, or self-rented golf cart, to everything else on our 4 by 6 mile island. Local property manager available for assistance or questions, day or night. Few reviews since new listing in fall 2025 and most renters this year thus far have not come through VRBO. It is truly a superb unit and view. Rented and managed by local licensed agent with 30 years on Marco renting and managing privately owned condos and homes. Florida Real Estate licensed Karen Peeples and Karen owns Blue Water Rentals and Property Mgt, LLC. Come and enjoy in the off season!!!
Along with many restaurants on the island and 2 adjacent villages there is also on Marco a movie theater, miniature golf, park and playground, shopping galore, 2 Publix super markets, 1 Winn Dixie, Walgreens, CVS, Total Wine. Enjoy renting a boat or jet ski for your water enjoyment. Parasailing, fishing charters, yoga on the beach. And you're just a short drive to Nature, bird watching sanctuaries, airboat rides in the Everglades. Try to make time for the Marco Island Museum. Learn about our history. AND did you know, one of the highest elevations in Florida is on Marco Island? Come and enjoy all Marco and this fantastic condo have to offer. You'll be back again!
