Overlooking a serene pond and just steps from the heated pool and spa, this charming Palm Desert retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. With its inviting style and tranquil ambiance, the home provides a peaceful escape to unwind and recharge. Whether you’re enjoying the view, taking a refreshing swim, or exploring nearby El Paseo, this haven promises an unforgettable stay in a prime desert location.
Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. **Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.
2. We do not allow pets of any kind.
3. NO GOLF OR TENNIS, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course but it is private and only for members or guest playing alongside a member.
4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.
5. POOL & SPA: There are over 2 dozen pools and spa`s in this community. The best one luckily is right across the street.
6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.
7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.
9. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
10. We kindly ask that guests remove their shoes indoors. The home has all-white carpet, and keeping it shoe-free helps maintain it for everyone.
HOA Rules & Fines
Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.
All reservations are subject to an $89-$125 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
Please be informed that we are required to collect a photo copy of your ID and the credit card used for all reservations!
