The property was as expected. Communication with the property management was easy and issues were resolved quickly. The property is located on a calm and quite stretched of beach and right next to the large community pool. The kitchen so well-stocked with dishes, flatware, appliances, and bakeware i am confident I could have cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner.

The house was very clean, and the water pressure was great. The pool was cleaned daily and right next to the garage, which had a refrigerator, very convenient for Beach and pool drinks. We enjoyed the beach each morning and glad to say it was not crowded at all. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and the garage had several toys and chairs to use on the beach. I would stay here again, if I return to Pensecola.

Everything was great. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not heated, so it was freezing since it was only in the low 70s. But the place itself was spacious, clean and well furnished. It was perfect for us - we had 5 adults and 2 children.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious open layout, stylish décor, and everything was spotless upon arrival. It’s perfectly located in the center of the complex — right next to the pool and directly on the beach with breathtaking Gulf-front views. The beach itself is stunning, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water that made every day feel like paradise. We loved absolutely everything about our stay and already can’t wait to come back!

House was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity of the beach, pool, and tennis courts were a bonus! Beds were very comfortable. W/D were excellent. Water pressure for showers was fantastic! Absolutely LOVED the house.The only negative were the stairs and that was only because we had a toddler. We realize that’s not something that the owner can control, though, and we were able to keep them blocked most of the time. The check-in process for us was less than ideal because the management company originally sent us to the wrong house. We had to return and switch keys. (Getting in and out of their parking lot is a pain!) When we got into the house, we could not access the elevator, and they informed us that that was only for medical use, which was not stated in the Vrbo listing.After my dear husband had unloaded and carried up all of the luggage, they relented on the elevator, and came to unlock it. The elevator was really helpful, and was not easily accessible to children. It would’ve been nice if they had unlocked it before my sweetie made all those trips up the steps.So I give the house an A, and the management company a B-.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was beautiful and the perfect location! We were right next to the pool so the kids could easily run down and swim at any time. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group. No adults had to sleep in bunk beds. The only complaint I would have is the elevator was only available for medical purposes. We thought we could easily get our luggage to the top floor and found out tha was not the case.

View was amazing as was the access to the beach. Very nice home. Our family felt very comfortable! Would love to stay again. We brought my wife's family for the first time and stayed in a house on the beach for the first time and it was incredible. During busy July, we practically had the beach to ourselves. The facilities around the house were great. It was easy to get in and out of. The house itself was wonderful, very clean and very nice, great kitchen for cooking and lots of space for our whole family. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!
