El diseñador de interiores que suministra esta ciudad casa de alquiler de vacaciones hizo un magnífico trabajo. Al entrar en esta ciudad natal sabes inmediatamente que el propietario se enorgullecen de la propiedad. El garaje planta baja albergará dos vehículos. A pasos de la planta baja le llevará a la gran sala de nivel principal que incluye un área de dos pisos de estar, comedor y cocina. La cocina es amplia con una gran isla de granito en el centro, que es ideal para el entretenimiento. Hay un medio baño en este nivel que da servicio a la zona común, así como un dormitorio con cama doble y baño privado. Tanto la sala de estar y el dormitorio tienen puertas a la gran golfo frente a la cubierta. La planta superior cuenta con una suite principal de matrimonio con baño principal de gran tamaño y un balcón privado. Hay un dormitorio, además en este nivel con dos camas individuales y baño privado. Un sofá cama en el salón ofrece dormitorio adicional. Tan agradable como esta ciudad natal es el tribunal zona de la piscina y tenis ubicado en el centro del desarrollo puede muy bien ser su lugar favorito en la propiedad. Varios overs duna pie le llevará desde el corazón de la propiedad directamente a la playa.

We absolutely loved this property and hope to stay here again for future trips! We had our entire family from a newborn to my grandfather with us and it was perfect. The house was well stocked with everything you will need, and it was in a perfect location. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool area.

Spring Break Trip

We absolutely loved this trip and this property is ideal for families! This property went above exectations with their beach equipment they allow you to use! We will definitely come back to this property. Pensacola has so much to offer. We has plenty of beach and pool time, explored Fort Pickens and watched the Blue Angels. Went to a Blue Wahoos game in the city. Parlor Donuts is a must! Peg Leg Pete's is easy walking distance from this property and was great food and service!My recommendations for the property would be to add some blackout curtains for the bedrooms and a foam topper in the master. It would be nice if the community could make at least one of the board walks to the beach on each side of the complex handicap accessible. It was difficult lifting the wagon loaded up and down the stairs. Overall, we highly recommend this unit and will be back!

Clean & Convenient Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very clean and conveniently located on the beach near Ft. Pickens and many restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of beach gear in the garage. Beach views from the house were fabulous. Other homes are in very close proximity, but all was quiet during the 1st week of April. We had 2 large vehicles, and while the drivable areas seemed tight, it was easily managed. Home is comfortable for up to 3 couples and a bunch of kids. Rental office was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this property to others and stay here again.

It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town center to feel at ease but close enough to bike or drive in for a meal or activities. We went during spring break, and the section of the beach designated for the Villas was clean, beautiful, and not overcrowded. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything needed, and provided beach essentials such as floats, a canopy, and chairs. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will be returning.

I was so glad one opened up for a four bedroom. It was clean and well equipped. The only drawback was a restroom for the guest on the top floor. Either go thru someones bedroom in the middle of the night or go downstairs to the half bath. We will be booking again in the future!!

Perfect stay

This has to be the perfect house! There was enough room for all of us and the kids had so much fun at the pool on red flag days. The road is not crazy with traffic and we were able to finally enjoy each other as a family. Literally right on the beach this house couldnt have been better. Now the weather thats a different story, but we always felt safe. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your home. Cant wait to go back!!

Portside Villa 18

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Pensacola Beach. The Portside Villa #18 was better than expected. The living room and kitchen areas felt bigger than what was pictured. We had ample space for our 6 adults and 6 young children. We were easily able to park 3 SUVs in the garage/space around the unit. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all utensils/appliances we needed. The garage had SO MANY beach toys that the kids loved. The location was very close to the beach however it is worth noting that there were no ramps, only stair access to the beach. The water was so clear that we saw all sorts of marine life, especially at the pier. Our only complaint was that on the day before we checked out, we came back from the beach to find people not in our party on the balconies. They were painting the trim on the house. When I informed the Paradise Beach Homes staff upon checkout that we were disappointed to not have been notified ahead of time, the employee stated nonchalantly that they probably didn’t know themselves. This was a very disappointing way to end our trip and left a tarnished impression of the property management company.

Relaxing experience

Excellent property!

The property was even better than described! Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking- even a crock pot. Great location near many restaurants. Beautiful beach was not at all crowded. Would love to come back and stay again!

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very nice on the inside and well maintained. Being so close to the beach was nice and having the option of the swimming pool was great for the grandkids when they wanted to swim and snorkel. I wish they would have had recycling bins as we had to throw many bottles and cardboard in the trash. Another nice addition would be black out curtains so the 6 am sun wouldn't be so blinding on the days we wanted to sleep in. Overall though we were very pleased with our experience.

Pensacola getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. We went with 4 families with 11 people total and it was a good fit for us. The only downside is the upstairs bedroom that doesn’t have a closet or bathroom. You have to go downstairs to pee or use a neighboring bedroom. The beds were a little small IMO but otherwise amazing stay. We would come back. Close to the beach and pool/ tennis courts. Super cute home and tons of stuff to do near the house.

Family Time for Spring Break!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is beautiful! There were 11 of us - 6 adults and 5 children ages 2 to 10. Everyone had a great time ... lots of room for both kids and adults. The beach was awesome - breathtaking views from each balcony! White sand and shells, shells, shells ... and dolphins! We saw a pair two separate days! The only bummer was the wind. Several days were yellow or red flag days so we didn't get to spend as much time in the ocean as we hoped. But the kids found plenty to do building sand castles, playing football and flying kites. If we have an opportunity to get everyone together again for a Florida vacation - we will definitely come to this home again! Love it!Only one suggestion for an even better experience ...a heated pool. The pool water was too cool for swimming, even for us Wisconsinites! (We were vacationing in mid-March)

CHRISTMAS VACATION 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this rental. Great location and just a short walk to the Gulf and our favorite restaurant Peg Leg Petes. We experienced a couple of issues. The outdoor decks and seating was what drew us to this unit. Problem is that the Roof Sweats and drips on the decking from dusk until dawn and made it difficult to use for evening and early mornings. Lighting on back decks did not work and the table top Fire Pit for a little ambiance did not function either.:-( Needless to say we were not able to enjoy those aspects of the unit that we were looking forward to. Wifi not so good/Internet is SLOW. 2 Bedrooms have tiny TV's. Time too upsize those. They are not that expensive. Outside of that, the interior was nice and well furnished with all your needs. We would stay here again if some of the issues were addressed.
