We loved our recent stay at this property, the location was perfect to get to the beach and it was plenty of room for three people. It was close enough to walk to all the sites and was nice and clean with plenty of parking. If we go back to OOB, we would definitely stay here again, the host was very responsive and left great instructions and tips regarding the area.

Great mini getaway

Check in process was easy, plenty of parking if needed, just steps away from the beach, close to other landmarks, lovely little cottage with every amenity I could think of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you!

The location was wonderful and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The living area is quite small which might have been a problem if the weather was bad but we didn't spend a lot of time indoors and the weather was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again

Easy to check in. Communication with hosts was welcomed. One block to the beach and the hosts provided beach necessities, making packing light! Everything was great!

Great accommodation steps from the beach!

Wow, what a great place! It has everything a family needs, including a full kitchen, beach towels & other paraphernalia, and even a place to wash off a sand before entering the house. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated being so close to everything: the beach, the amusement park, grocery store, etc. The owner was great and accommodated our earlier check-in, which was so helpful with young kids. It was a great vacation, thank you so much!

Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend! Easy check in and out! Owner was very nice, had ac on and cooled the place down for us before we got there and explained parking. We could practically see the beach from the place, and a convenience store is right across the street (yummy subs). Convenient to everything! Would stay again for sure!

Cute and Cozy

First time renting via Vrbo and didn’t disappoint. Location is amazing in terms of the beach and the pier, even fun restaurant steps from the cabin. Perfect size for our family of 4. Loved the little touches of qtips/ makeup wipes and little lotion, felt like I was at a hotel and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Place and Amazing Location

The apartment space was perfect for our family! It was very clean and it had everything we needed, even beach chairs and sand toys. It took us 30 seconds to walk to the beach and 5 minutes to walk to the strip. The store is right behind it, which was perfect for ice and emergency essentials. We are definitely staying there again!

Nice Weekend Spot!

This was just right for my small family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 5). It might have felt small for a longer trip, but for 3 nights we were very content! Easy parking, a few steps from the beach, and about a ten minute walk to the pier/amusement park. Owner was responsive when we had a question. We had a fun stay and would definitely rent again!

Beach Vacation

We were blown away by how close we were to the beach and other attractions. Appreciated the thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, coffee, toiletries and my favorite, Adirondack chairs outside. Couldn’t have found a more perfect location and the owner was very accommodating I letting us check in a little early. 5 Stars isn’t enough!!

Great little place by the beach

Our group consisted of grandma (age 75), my husband and I, and our 4 year old. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The place is small and cozy, but was just fine for us. If you are like us and spend most of your time at the beach or out and about, the location is perfect. It is about a one minute walk to the beach, which was perfect, especially with the little one. So easy to go back and forth for potty breaks, to grab a snack, get some more beach toys, or take a few minute break from the sun. We loved not having to worry about parking (and saved so much money!)

Cute, clean, comfortable little beach house

Stayed for a week in this property with a friend. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen area was nice for cooking in. The entire place was super clean! The location was perfect. Walked to the beach with my morning coffee, and end of day glass of wine.The place is walking distance to almost everything. We visited Landry’s grocery store a lot during the trip, very close to the beach house. Id definitely recommend this place for 2 friends or a couple looking to enjoy the beach town of Old Orchard Beach.

Best Little Find in Old Orchard Beach

I booked this place for a 3 night mini vacation with my mom and one of her friends. The location of this unit is just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to the “action” in Old Orchard Beach. In so many ways this place far exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, came with towels and sheets, had easy on-site parking and even came with more amenities than listed. The property owners were super responsive when we had questions before our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this rental.

Extended weekend getaway

Loved this property. It was perfect for our needs to get away, relax and reset. Whether it is rain or shine, this location is just steps away from the sandy beach, short walk to the pier and plenty of shopping. Everything you need is within walking distance of the inn and we didn't need our car once we arrived. Our space was stocked with kitchen cookware and dishes, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, bathroom essentials, plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. There is even an outside foot shower to rinse off after the times on the beach. The sunrises are spectacular. Would recommend The New Englander Inn to all seeking time on Old Orchard Beach.

Clean, great location, the absolute best owners!

I knew, going in, this apartment was going to be very small from the pictures. The place was very clean, the owners supplied many unexpected things. For example: make-up remover pads, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and many, many more things including a welcome basket with snacks, candy and slippers. The owners couldn't be more accommodating. They went above and beyond for us.
