Esta unidad fue remodelado en 2013 ofrece espectaculares vistas del océano, de entrada y de la isla de Assateague desde el balcón. Ver los barcos pasar desde el balcón.

Excelente ubicación. Situado junto al centro de todas las atracciones y playa. Una vez que llegue aquí no tendrá que conducir en cualquier lugar. Ahorre en gasolina, aparcamiento y el tiempo. 2 plazas de aparcamiento reservadas. 1 punto sólo los coches compactos.

Unidad ubicada en Assateague Casa en un edificio orientado a la familia tranquila

Usted obtiene lo mejor de ambos mundos! Cerca de toda la acción de la madera, pero no en la parte superior de la misma.

Very Clean & Great Location!

Classic OC Condo with Great Location

This is a very nice condo that really felt like home. The location is right next to the bottom part of the boardwalk which we liked a lot. No need to drive to many places as it’s an easy walk. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to everything but not noisy. The condo was clean & roomy enough for our family of 4 and pretty much everything we needed was included. The bedroom was spacious & the bed was super comfy. Will definitely book again!

Great location and super great unit

The Assateague House overall is a great property. The inlet location affords views of both the bay and the ocean and building is well-maintained. The unit was excellent and also well-maintained.

Loved the location of this condo. It is in the heart of everything that is Ocean City! The owner is FANTASTIC to work with. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. If your looking for a clean one bedroom condo, you won't go wrong with this one.

Great Condo/ Excellent Location

My family of four really enjoyed our stay at 110 Assateague. The king bed was comfortable. The pool was great and usually there were plenty of seats. The pool water was never too cold and the views from the pool were excellent. The location was great, just a couple blocks to the boardwalk which meant never getting stuck in the night time traffic down the BW. We didnt know there was a half bath which was a great surprise! The 2nd spot came in handy when we had friends come hang out. The condo was very comfortable with comfy couch and lazy boy chair. We for sure would rent this location again.

Perfect location and quiet

This was our first visit to Ocean City MD so we did know where to stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is on the bay side of Ocean City and only a few blocks from the beach and Boardwalk. We walked everywhere we went and when you don't want to be in the crowds we relaxed at the pool. The car keys fell out of my husbands pocket at the pool one day and we did not realize it until the next morning. I went down to the pool and there they were sitting on the table, you don't find that in most places. The owner Dave was very responsive, he let us know we could check in early and called to make sure we got in and everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Just what the doctor ordered!!

What a perfect place to enjoy Ocean City. Just like all the other reviews said, it really is the perfect spot. You are two streets away from the beginning of the boardwalk, but far enough away from the noise and traffic to enjoy yourself. The condo is exactly what the pictures show, perfect size for our family of 4. Even on the one day we had rain, we had plenty of room for all of us and did not feel cramped at all. The pool is only a few steps away and the views from our balcony were absolutely amazing. David was extremely easy to work with, and returned our only call within 5 minutes. The only thing that I had a problem with, is that we had to leave!!! We will definitely be back next year, and are already loooking at the calendar to start planning. Thank you for a great vacation to end the summer.

Overall good spot to stay- great location

Pros: location is convenient for boardwalk/beach, nice pool with great view of bay, functional kitchen, perfect size for family of 4, enjoyed balcony views of coast guard, bay and amusement park Cons: parking spot a little tight (not horrible but we do have a big suv) so first day we got there someone hit my car pulling out (never returned), the floors turned all of our feet black so we did mop them which helped We would return, so much to do in OC

Great experience

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Unit was clean and convenient to boardwalk and restaurants, no need to drive at all. Pool view over the bay is relaxing and beautiful.

Overall a Very nice place to stay.

Great location, Great view of the Bay, Quick response from management, Secure building and Nice condo...the only thing I would recommend is replacing the furniture upholstery (chair covers/couch) & replacing the mattresses covers or liners that they had provided. Otherwise, we grew a fondness for the place and had a wonderful vacation. Definitely would go back!

It was wonderful!

The condo is the perfect size for two people and sits on a nice, quiet street next to the Coast Guard Station (we even watched a helicopter land!). There is so much within walking distance. The condo has every thing you’d need for a stay including necessities for days/nights in instead of going out. We loved this condo and hope to return again in the future!

Enjoyable stay.

My family vacations in OCMD every summer and over time we have stayed in several different condos in the Assateague House but this was our first time in this unit (and now our new favorite). It is obvious the owners take pride in their property as everything is well maintained. The bed and other furniture are very comfortable. I was also surprised by several things around the condo such as two types of coffee machines and a coffee bean grinder, Netflix, big screen TV, several beach items, nice cook wear and dishes, and more. Dave reached out the day of check in to make sure we were able to access the lock box and enter without issues. The security deposit was returned in a timely manner. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we would surely stay here again.

Great Location but...

We loved the location! It’s really the perfect walking distance to everything. The owner was very attentive and responsive to our questions. You can’t beat the price for the location; however, you get what you pay for, right? We weren’t unhappy with the condo; however, there were quite a few issues of cleanliness. In short, it reminded me of staying at a college dorm that hadn’t seen a vacuum, a trash can or cleaning products in a year. Thankfully, I brought some cleaning supplies from home. My husband had to clean a layer of black dust off of the ceiling fans. There was human hair and dirt on the baseboards & baseboard heaters. There was a soda can full of cigarettes left on the porch. The doors were dusty. The couches were dirty and needed vacuuming. I had to sweep beach sand off of the floor (to be expected...). The kitchen needed the most help. The cabinets were dusty. The kitchen utensils had burnt on eggs stuck to them and there was also an ant problem. The ants prevented us from using the kitchen. The coffee pot was dirty and still had the full coffee filter and coffee grounds left in it from a previous tenant. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There was a load of dirty smelly towels in the basket in the closet and the storage areas were very unorganized, messy and dirty. While I’m sure previous tenants did not improve the cleanliness of the condo. At the end of the day, we only used the condo to sleep and at least the bed was comfy. The owner responded quickly when I vocalized our concern about the ant problem which was a plus; however, it wasn’t any wonder why there was an ant problem. In short, it really needs TLC; or at the very least a new housekeeping company. My husband & son had a nice time despite the cleanliness issue.
