Great Condo

Awesome condo in a small complex. Condo is just steps from the beach with the perfect porch for coffee or watching the sun set. Kitchen is a bit small but worked for us. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. I would stay here again!

Just Perfect

Great location for 40-50 yr olds who don't want the real modern partying vibe, but are looking for a few drinks and great sunsets.

Just what we needed!

Wonderful location. The unit itself is ready for some tlc. But it was very clean upon arrival. The property gate was pretty touchy as well. The roll away bed, I felt there wasn't really space to use it besides in the main living area which was not ideal for our family. Overall it was just what our family needed, and worked very well for our young family.

Everything was great the only think is the parking is not great. If it had been full it would have been hard to get in and out of. Door code did not work so only had one key for 4 people to use. I know it stay it in the booking but it would have been nice to have a pool. Other than those things the VIEW was great!! Nice area to stay out. Low key and close to other things to go see and do. Food at every restaurant was great.

Great place, check in and air a bit ridiculous

Overall the place was well kept, great neighborhood, and it wasn’t a huge party scene. We loved the area and honestly the condo. We all only had three complaints. Check in time was at 4pm. We had a 16 hour drive and left early for traffic; however, there was no traffic. We drove through the night and arrived at 10am. We had received a text the day before about potential early check in so we called to see if we could check in early. This place was run by vacasa and the person who answered said this unit had no early check in. I asked why and he said that that unit just didn’t. They advised other units the have do, but this one didn’t. So we found a bathroom and changed and hung out at the beach, exhausted, until 4pm. No one ever showed up at the condo. So they had already cleaned and no one checked out that day. There was no reason at all that we could not have been able to go in. The fact that they refused to allow us in was quite ridiculous. The other two complaints were about the air. They would not allow you to turn the thermostat below 73, which is a big deal for me as I’m from up north and need to sleep in the cold. I tossed and turned every night sweating. They also wouldn’t allow you to open a window and had sensors on the windows so they would know if you did. I understand this as the salt off the ocean could get in the room, but it was just so hot. Other than those three things the place was great!!
