It was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the view was stunning. We have been to Indian Rocks many times and this was one of our favorite stays!

The beach view can’t be much better. Walk out the gate… you’re on the beach. Sit on the deck, look out the big window…. All beach. Very nice. There were 4 adults. It was a little smaller inside than we are used to but it was fine. I wouldn’t put more people in there. Other than that it was great!!

Everything was perfect. Went and bought my own lounge chair not knowing there are some in the bin on the deck… nice ones at that. I’ll be back!

Beautiful view from the living area and upper deck. Quiet inside. Good location for finding things to do and places to eat. Good supply of bath towels (thank you). Everything there that we needed for our short stay. Our visit was very nice.

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach, and the view is a 10. I booked this 9-day vacation for my family, and when I spent 5k, I saw two large roaches. I was genuinely disappointed. I was also disappointed in the cookware in the kitchen. It needs to be updated. Having the grill on the property is a plus. If I hadn't seen the roaches, I would have been a 10/10 after seeing that I looked at things a little closer and became disappointed. I'd say my stay would be 3/10..

Great spot for the birds

The checkin was good and the view is easy on the eyes. When I left the area I was sad. Roomy and spacious and the people on the beach friendly. The setup is nice for families!!!!

Excellent Location

Being right on the beach was fantastic and it was never too crowded. I loved having the unit with the upper deck, more private and a better view. Of the 8 or so units in the building, I think this one had the best patio furniture. Comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were very useful. Only 15 minutes from Clearwater and walkable to local restaurants and a CVS. my only complaints are that the beach chairs they provided were extremely rusted, child-sized or broken. And that the knives were incredibly dull and the kitchenware was not great. But would certainly stay here again, I hope they replace their beach chairs because that would have made a world of difference.

Special Location

We really enjoyed being right on the beach without being towered over by giant condos. Easy access, a quiet calm strip of the coast, just what we needed.

Perfect Stay!

Everything was perfect. We stay in Indian Rocks almost yearly for a quick getaway and I can’t believe I just found this spot. The apt. Is located right on the water, was spotless and well stocked with everything you need from cooking to fun on the beach. We were blessed with perfect weather. This little gem is located between public access spots so it was like having our own private beach. I will be booking this next year for sure!

Amazing location. Well placed away from public access. Steps from the Gulf.

Perfect “little” spot on the beach

We enjoyed our stay and this condo had everything we needed. Location and view could not be better! Beds were comfy. If you are a traveler who needs room to spread out - this may not be the place for you. It is small - and the cooler weather we experienced kept us inside more. With the living room/eating area/kitchen being one room - it can get tight at times. With good weather outdoors - then no problem as there is a great deck to enjoy as well as a seating area beachside down below. Hosts were very responsive and it was nice staying in a smaller building than some condos would typically offer. Great option if you don’t mind limited space.

Perfect location with stunning views!

This property couldn’t be in a better location and is perfect for a 2-3 people. It is decorated nicely, very comfortable and they provide everything you would need for the stay and the beach. They require rental insurance, which was an additional unexpected expense when booking, and were pretty strict about check-in and check-out times. Otherwise perfect for a getaway on the beach!

Great location, a few recommendations

Overall, our stay was very nice. The location was amazing! The condo was well-stocked and organized. It would have been helpful to receive the check-in info beforehand. We had to ask for it the night we arrived and then wait a while in the dark with our five small children to receive it from the host/manager. Some more storage space would also have been nice. The cupboards were completely full with kitchen supplies, so we didn't have sufficient space to store our food. We would also recommend replacing the broom and dust pan, and perhaps the vacuum as well. Other than these issues, everything was great!

Beach House

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. Everything we needed was there and them some! Walking directly out to the beach was great and watching the sunsets on the porch was wonderful. We enjoyed it.

70 steps to the water!

Excellent! We could not have asked for a more perfect place on the sand. We counted 70 steps to the water the first morning. We had everything we could possibly need and more. We spent most of the week in the water and were so happy to have more than enough stuff for the beach. Chairs, noodles, beach toys, umbrella, and cooler made time on the beach even better. We will definitely return to this perfect little house on the sand!
