Lounge in the living room after a full day exploring the town and frolicking on the beach. When hunger strikes, step into the kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, to prepare a tasty vacation meal. At night, rest your head in one of three bedrooms, each of which features a TV. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer, access to a pool and electric vehicle chargers.

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay , nice location right on the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked kitchen. Only draw back was elevator was not working. Would definitely visit again.

Great Location, but pool not heated/maintained!

Overall a great location and option for anyone looking in this area. Unfortunately, we found that upon checkin, the pool was not heated as had been described in the listing at the time of booking, or looked like it had been maintained, as there was sand and debris throughout. The kids were disappointed, as the ocean is pretty cool this time of year, and were looking for a warmer option at times. Otherwise it was a great stay, and in a great location to restaurants and stores nearby. Would recommend!

Nice view but a couple of hiccups.

I like to leave honest reviews with both highlights and room for improvements. This condo is nicely decorated, has an amazing view and the beds were super comfy. It has every amenity you would need to cook and was spotlessly clean. Being able to use beach chairs and bikes was a nice plus, and the balcony with comfy furniture was wonderful. There were two major drawbacks. The first was that the pool was not heated as advertised, and when I tried to inquire, all I got was what sounded like an AI virtual assistant who stated the heater was not working and informed me I could use the pool anyway (It was 60 degrees.) Not having the heated pool really changed the flavor of the trip considering it was New Year’s. The biggest issue, however, was that the unit is on the first level, and it sounded like elephants running in circles from 6am-2am every morning on the floor above. We do not know the building codes, but it seemed like there was a lack of soundproofing. I cannot stress how loud it was- we lost sleep over it. These two issues really stole some of the joy of our vacation.

2023 Bday trip

Overall this was a great places for us to stay with have a group of 6, including two people that had never been to the beach or ocean. The beach and ocean being so close was a huge plus. However down side is, the pool was FREEZING COLD. Was informed it would be set to 78 degrees while we there and it was so cold we were unable to get in or make use of the pools. However the beach toys and fire pit made up for it and allowed us other things to do. Plenty of room for a larger group of friends. Close and walking distance to a lot or restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Amazing Sept stay, adults, toddlers, grandparents

It was an amazing property. Everything was as advertised and as other reviews stated. The proximity from your condo, to the pool, then to the beach, could not be beat. The kayaks the property has, the beach chairs, amazingly convenient. We left some kid sand toys for others who may come after he (mid September 2023).

Great family vacation !

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and so convenient to the beach. Indian Rocks was so family friendly and easy to get around. The condo was so clean and perfect for our family. We saw dolphins from our balcony on multiple occasions. We'll certainly come back!

Perfect rental and Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in this rental. Everything was perfect. It comes with practicality everything inside and outside! The view is so beautiful from the balcony. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying watching the sunsets. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great beach getaway! Thanks for the memories! Gorgeous Place

The only complaint we have is that the people above us in Unit 2 were extremely noisy. Everything else was wonderful.
