Your next Mediterranean vacation awaits you!
The Space:
This is a gorgeous, one of a kind, gated 2+ acre flat & sunny estate, located in between 2 creeks within Soquel community of Santa Cruz Area. You will have the whole property to yourself.
Your rental is the main house, a spacious three bedroom, three full bath home with all the kid-friendly amenities you need, a beautiful backyard for outdoor cooking and dining, a gorgeous pool, and a serene back flat field with children play areas and 2 creeks! The field has a running track, large play structure for children under 12, swings, kids climbing dome and seesaw , fire pit, gazebo, horse shoe game, and so much more to entertain the whole family!
Note that we also have a groundskeepers cottage, which is not included in the rental. Our groundskeeper will be in and out of the cottage & property.
Imagine staying in one of our country’s most desirable location, with a beautifully appointed single level home, privately situated on sunny flat acres right in town. The gated entry, rich landscape, luxurious pool, & extensive outdoor kitchen/dining areas, back field, and the creek provide opportunity to relax in solitude or a gathering. The House:
Step inside and feel instantly at ease. Gleaming hardwood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, and skylights that bathe the home in natural light create an atmosphere of calm and renewal. Walls of windows frame lush greenery, inviting nature to flow into every room and offering a peaceful sanctuary for the soul.
The gourmet kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, is designed for both beauty and function. It opens seamlessly into the family and dining rooms, making it the perfect space for gathering, sharing meals, and creating memories.
This spacious retreat features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, complemented by two inviting living areas and a dedicated dining space. A queen-size sofa bed in the front living room provides additional comfort for larger groups.
The home is equipped with central heat, while the cool ocean breezes—just under two miles away—naturally regulate the temperature. On warmer nights, open the windows to welcome the coastal air, then close them in the morning to preserve the refreshing coolness.
Outdoors:
Enjoy a sparkling pool that stays wonderfully refreshing in the warmer months, naturally ranging from 75–85°. In cooler seasons, sink into the soothing spa jacuzzi or gather around the outdoor fireplace under the stars. The shaded creek at the back of the property offers a serene, almost mystical escape—your own private slice of Big Sur.
( Pool has automatic child safety cover & should remain closed when not in use)

Perfectly located, the house is just minutes from everything: stroll to local restaurants and wineries, drive 1.7 miles to the sands of Capitola Beach & New Brighton Beach, or explore the tranquil trails at Medicine Buddha or Nisene Marks.

Maximum of 10 registered guests at the property at all times. The main guest must be present at all times. Absolutely no parties! No Pets. Please be respectful of the quiet hours as this is a neighborhood. Full house rules may be provided prior to booking if requested.
The Garage, Barn, Guest Cottage are all offlimit.
For your safety the house is under 24/7 live video surveilance including the pool.
