Pasos a la playa !.Agosto ABIERTO - Adorable hogar familiar actualizado

¡¡Buena ubicación!! 6 casas de la playa. Los restaurantes, el parque de atracciones y el muelle son fáciles de caminar pero lo suficientemente lejos de las multitudes y el ruido. Somos bastante nuevos en Homeaway / VRBO, pero nuestra casa ha sido disfrutada por familias por más de 20 años.

Nuestra casa de dos pisos tiene aire acondicionado con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. A lo largo de los años, hemos realizado muchas actualizaciones que le dan a nuestra casa una sensación playera y limpia. Ofrecemos dos salas de estar separadas con televisores de pantalla plana y wifi gratuito. Hay un patio cerrado conectado a la cocina con asientos adicionales. Este es un gran espacio para guardar la carriola y las toallas de la lluvia. Una terraza en el segundo piso ofrece una excelente vista de la acción en la calle y una vista parcial del océano. ¡También es un gran lugar para jugar a las cartas y ver los fuegos artificiales de los jueves por la noche! Lavadora / secadora, así como una pequeña nevera están disponibles en el segundo piso para su uso. Una habitación en el 1er piso con una cama queen. Los dos dormitorios restantes están arriba, uno tiene una cama queen y el otro con dos camas dobles. El sofá de arriba se saca para dormir 2 invitados adicionales con un máximo de 10 personas.

located in quiet neighborhood, easy walk down deadend road to beach. 15 min walk to the pier, house was well set up , clean and very comfortable. definitely at the top of my list for places to stay in OOB

Great stay! Quick 2 minute walk to the beach — which was never super crowded. The house was clean and we really liked having 2 floors for after the kids were in bed. No yard/outdoor space to hang out, but that was okay with us because the beach was so close and there are two porches.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group. Clean, prime location, off street parkin, comfortable beds- everything we were looking for. Host was very communicative and everything in the house was clearly labeled. Normally my family is ready to leave after a week, but we all said we could have stayed 7 more days!

Excellent Stay!

Wonderful place to stay. We were a group of eight friends who stayed in this home. Very clean, 3 minute walk to beautiful beach, lots of room for family and close to everything. Very well equipped with everything as noted. Hosts were great about answering questions and very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. Plan on returning with my own family.

Perfect family house close to the beach!

The house was exactly as advertised and fully equipped. The common areas are a very comfortable size with cozy furniture and wonderful beach decor. The kitchen area is limited but even with four adults and four kids in the house it was very workable. Extremely clean and well maintained with a fantastic front closed in porch that was perfect to collect sand, shells and beach equipment. The upstairs porch was perfect for outdoor breakfasts, evening drinks and everything in between!

Great Communication and Location!

Had a fantastic long weekend. House is just steps from an uncrowded beach. Owner reached out early and often to be sure we knew everything we needed to and responded fast when an onsite question arose. Kitchen is smaller than it looks in the pictures but well equipped, we cooked every night and loved the labels in the cabinets so we knew where to find things. Bedrooms are good sized and the sitting room on 2nd floor is a bonus. Nice that linens and cleaning were included. Appreciated the owner's flexibility as well. Overall great stay, thanks, Maura and Pete!

Great for kids!

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend 2021, and had a fabulous time! The bunk beds were a hit for the kids and the walk to the beach was 1 block and very safe and quiet. The house was equipped with kids plates, cups, utensils, indoor toys, beach toys, and a pack n play. Having laundry was handy! And the walk to the pier with games, rides, ice cream, pizza etc was 1/2 mile, so easy for the 4 yr old to walk or ride his scooter and easy for the 2 year old in the stroller. The beach was perfect, nice sand, not too crazy waves, and easy to access. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Perfect for multigenerational family stay!

Our family stayed here and everyone loved it! Ages ranged from baby to 84 years old. Grandparents enjoyed staying in the first floor bedroom with the bathroom close by. The upstairs space was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed having a separate seating area, bathroom, a washer/dryer and mini fridge close by. Quick walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk to the pier. The owners were excellent with communicating and answering any questions. We felt welcomed and at home. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

My husband and I just booked this location the past week. it was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very friendly and made check in simple. It is much larger than the pictures portray. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Including a beer bottle opener on the bench out front... my favorite part seriously. The kids had plenty of space to stretch out and the one night it rained during our stay we had a selection of puzzles and board games to entertain us. It took us approximately 4 minutes to walk from front door to the waves on the beach. It was very quiet at night but only a 2 minute drive to the action on the strip. We will absolutely book here again!

Location was perfect. The house needs some updates and the carpets would really need to be removed or washed, but overall a nice house to stay in. The property managers were VERY nice and VERY helpful.

We have stayed on Bay Ave many times - first time in this house. Perfect distance from hustle and bustle of pier. This is the first time we have stayed in an air conditioned unit and now we are ruined! Nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, sheets, laundry-plenty of storage and 2 porches- thanks for a great time

successful trip

The picures do not do the property justice. The home is much bigger than pictures make it appear. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 small children under 4. The communication between property owners and myself was smooth and stress free. property was clean and everything was made available to us. Very convenient 15 minute walk to pier and activities but far enough from all the noise. We would absolutely rent this property again next year. First family vacation was a total success!

The access to the beach was wonderful.

Maura & Pete were great hosts. Every question was answered quickly and efficiently and they checked in with us also. We loved the location to the beach and the house was perfectly set up for our family. It was walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and arcade so we walked everywhere. There was plenty of room on both floors for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The deck upstairs was a nice retreat. The bedrooms were decorated nicely, as were the livingrooms. Our only complaint was that the linens were not included in the original cost and the $75 additional charge seemed odd.We ended up bringing our own to save the cost. Overall we were very happy and plan on staying there again.

Great location Great stay

My family and I have stayed at this house a few times with friends and their families. I can’t say enough good things about it. The location is a very short walk to the beach and is accessible to everything. There is a variety of restaurants, shops and an amusement park all within walking distance. The house itself is well maintained with two floors. There is a bedroom downstairs and then two upstairs. There are two bathrooms and also two living areas with televisions which was perfect when traveling with children. In the evening the kids would play and watch cartoons upstairs, while we relaxed at the bottom of the stairs. We have comfortably fit 3 families there and have not run into any issues. We look forward to returning again this summer. Maura and Pete are also very helpful with any questions or concerns that you might have. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
