Great place to relax

We have enjoyed this vacation property for years. The unit is spacious and clean. So nice to have air conditioning. Parking right at the beach is a huge bonus. The owner has always been very helpful. Highly recommend

Great Stay!

We rented both the A and B floor of this property. Everything was as stated in the listing, or better. Properties were spotless; beds and linens were clean and comfortable; kitchen was well stocked. Jill and team were very friendly and responsive. Beach parking was a big win and easy to access (the walk wasn't terrible, as I made it multiple times). All in all a great stay- the rest of the family felt the same! (Leaving the same review on the other property, as we had both).

Perfect OOB rental

Home was so clean! We walked to the beach but there was a beach pass if we needed it. Better than a hotel and Jill is so great to rent from!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to unwind after a the end of the longest school year ever. Jill was easy to work with and answered all of my questions prior to our visit. The rental was spacious with five teens and two adults we never felt like we were on top of each other, which was the reason we went with a rental this time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the rooms were very comfortable. The distance to the beach was perfect and that parking pass was a savior on those hot days when we didn't want to carry our gear back and forth.

Was there for Ironman Maine 70.3 ... Beautifully well maintained apartment. Just blocks from the beach that offered free beachside parking. Very close to the center of down town Old Orchard Beach. Dog friendly. Had a wonderful stay!!

Clean and Fully Stocked

Perfect place for a family to quickly setup and relax. The parking spot at the beach was a great addition. The only wish from my grandmother was the addition of a porch.

Great location , great saccomodations

This location was a gem among all others. Location to the beach, coupled with owner's parking pass, was unsurpassed for our four day beach stay. The unit was very spacious, neat, and clean, had all we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast and beach lunches, with easy in/out with keyless locks. A mile walk to the boardwalk stores, rides, arcade, and restaurants (we enjoyed The Brunswick) and a quick drive to evening Ice Cream (Fielder's Choice). Jill was very responsive and pleasant in any of our communications. We will absolutely look to rebook Jill's property in the future!!

Great Stay in OOB

The property was very beautifully maintained, very clean, organized and exactly as it was listed. Jill was WONDERFUL to work with, answered any questions I had leading up to our stay and during our stay within minutes. There were grills on site to use for nights when we wants to just relax and not go out to eat. The FREE parking spot by the beach for use during our stay was a lifesaver with having our toddler with us!! We highly recommend staying in one of Jill's properties!!

Excellent Choice

We reserved this property because of the proximity to the beach and the local campground where our family was having a reunion. We also had some guests staying with us and wanted to find a location that had two queen or double beds along with some twin beds. This isn’t always easy to find, but this property delivered. There was off-street parking, BEACH parking, ice cold air conditioning, a huge bathroom, bedrooms with TVs, huge living room with comfy couches, kitchen with lots of cookware, and laundry onsite. This is a great choice for 4-6 people and has plenty of space to spread out.

Amazing!!

Super clean! Located close enough to the beach (about a 15 minute walk to the pier), but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet! Beautifully decorated with every convenience of home (just bring or buy reusable grocery bags if you plan to grocery shop). Our family will definitely stay here next time we go to Old Orchard!

Great Beach Spot

Had a great experience staying at this beach property in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Everything you need is included in this stay and is a walk down to the beach. The beach parking spot came in handy to bring coolers and beach chairs and the area was never too crowded as it is away from the pier. Short walk to downtown. Jill was great with attending to ALL of our needs. The unit was bigger than expected and was very comfortable to accommodate our group. Thanks again Jill for a great Fourth of July stay!

Perfect Vacation

5 Star accommodations. Just steps to the beach with the free parking pass. Beautifully decorated, large and super clean. The thoughtful owner has provided everything for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We were able to walk downtown every evening to enjoy the restaurants, amusement park, pier, and clubs but returned to the peace and quiet of the condo's location upon our return. Thank you Jill for your unsurpassed hospitality. We will see you again and again.

Hidden Gem

This was an awesome place to rent. It was not far at all to the beach. Rental included everything we needed for cooking at home. We even used the grill a few times that was provided. My family and I enjoyed this clean and large rental. Everything was pretty new and well taken care of. If you like it cool in your room, then I suggest bring a fan as there are only 2 air conditioners . Like the review before, keep your doors open and put the fans on in your room and all is good.

Clean and large

We loved the rental. All the rooms were large and everything felt brand new and clean. It was a great spot with off street parking. The only thing is you had to keep the bedroom doors open for it to stay cool enough at night

Hidden Charm.

We were in a bit of a pickle with vacation as our previous arrangements didn't work out. With that said the owner was quick to respond. We arrived to a brand new, clean, condo style rental. The washer and dryer were an excellent feature not found in many other rentals. The condo was spacious and recently updated. I would highly encourage others to explore this rental.
