Great host

Owner Bill was very attentive and thorough from beginning to end. Place had everything you needed. If you forgot anything, just hop down stairs and see Erik at the store!

Great location and perfect condo!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Full kitchen and lots of extra bedding to accommodate our family that stayed on pull out couch. Couldn't be any closer to the beach! Condo is located next to a popular bar that plays live music every night. It was perfect distance to center of town for our kids. Only a few min walking distance to rides, arcade, restaurants and shops. Little store located within the condo had everything we needed. Bill was great to communicate with. Very responsive!!!

July 4th getaway

This condo was perfect!! It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Loved waking up every morning to the sight of the ocean, and being so close to the pier was also a plus. William was a fantastic host and was available for any questions or concerns we had. Cant wait to go back next year.

The perfect location on Old Orchard Beach

This property is in the heart of Old Orchard Beach! It is right next door to the Brunswick which has entertainment every day. It is also within walking distance to the amusement park and the Pier. The unit was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The bedroom is roomy and comfortable but I would recommend bringing an air mattress if more than two people. The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable.

Perfect location!

The location is perfect- directly on the beach and close to the pier. The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the heated pool! We enjoyed the bands playing at the Brunswick as well! It was a great experience!

Prime location with heated pool

Bill, thank you for sharing your lovely condo. It has everything we needed to keep everyone happy and comfortable. The washer/dryer were very handy. This is prime location just steps from OOB. It is walking distance for food, shopping and entertainment. The kids loved the heated pool. Swimming with the rain was pretty cool! The adults enjoyed the complimentary nightlife from The Brunswick, jamming to some awesome classic rock into the late hours. We had a fantastic time with his friendly neighbors who are musically talented. Bill was an excellent communicator before and throughout the entire stay via email and phone. We highly recommend Bill’s condo to all!

COVID 19 Getaway!

We loved our condo. We stayed for a week. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were so happy to be able to park in the garage. Loved being just steps to the ocean. There is a great little store attached to the condo that has everything in it and the owner was a great guy. A band played on the deck next door all afternoon and until 11:00 pm so if you want quiet evenings this place is not for you. We were not impressed with the condition of the pool but it was useable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay. The property is steps from the beach, had a pool, and was super clean. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze :)

Location location location!!

Bill's property is the ideal location on OOB. Steps from the sand, close to all the restaurants and the amusement park. We stayed for a week with my 18m old daughter and it was perfect. The check in process was smooth, the condo was spotless and the location could not have been better. Highly highly recommend this rental for your OOB vacation!

First time renter

We have been going to Old Orchard every summer for a long time. Typically we have stayed next door at The Beachwood which has always been great, but the rooms are small. Now with a small child we needed more space. We found this place and we hope we never have to stay anywhere else, and we have already arranged a week for next summer. This is an excellent property with a good amount of space in the living room and bedroom. Everything was perfect, no real complaints at all. One minor nuisance though was only one key. It would have been nice for my wife to also have a key available (this may be a rule I am unaware of). I still would not hesitate to recommend this gem to everyone that was looking for a place to stay. We have always been right next door to this gem, so glad we found it!!!

Perfect Location for Sun & Fun!

This was our first time visiting Old Orchard Beach and Bill's condo was in the perfect spot to enjoy all of the local amenities! We were a few steps from the gorgeous beach, the Brunswick next door had live entertainment every afternoon and evening on the outside patio, which we were able to enjoy from the beach during the day or our balcony at night while sipping our own cocktails, the amusement park was a few hundred yards away, as well as the famous OOB Pier. We had a FABULOUS dinner at Joseph's By The Sea, which was within walking distance. All of the shops for buying tee shirts and souvenirs were also within walking distance on Old Orchard St. Bill was a pleasure to work with during the booking process and was very quick to respond to emails with any questions or concerns. His condo was very neat and clean, with all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back again!!! #5STARS***** Thank you Bill! Tania Medeiros & Russ Fitzsimmons

2nd year in a row !

We absolutely love staying at the Waverly at Bill's condo! This is our 2nd year and we have already booked for next year! Walk right down on the beach, coffee on the balcony, friendly guests! I hope we can always go every year! Bill is great to work with! He's caring and a peach to talk to!

Always a great time!

This condo has all the ammities of home and just steps from beach with a heated pool on the premises. Bill is an amazing owner always available for questions. He also keeps in close contact before and after your stay to make sure you're having a great time. The condo is very clean and fully equipped meeting all your needs. This is our 2nd year staying at Bill's place and we are already booked for next year and we can't wait!!!!

What a Great family vacation!!

This was my first time renting from Bill and what a great experience it was. Prior to our weeks stay Bill kept in contact with me answering all my questions and making us very excited about our upcoming trip. The condo was clean, and well maintained. The hardwood floors and 3 A/C's was fantastic!! Everything we needed was there for us to feel like we were in a home not just renting a room. I have stayed at many places in Old Orchard and by far this was #1 for us. My family and I can not wait to go back next year. Thank you so much Bill. Can't wait to chat next year about our stay. Amazing!!

Bill was and has been amazing to work with! Pleasant and kind and so helpful. The condo is so sweet. Literally steps to the beautiful sand and ocean. We are frequent OOB vacationer's but always stay in hotels. I will never again do that. This is the way to go! The condo is so safe with their locks on the doors. No one can get in or out nor into the garage. Made me comfortable having my kids to come and go. The pool was amazing as well. After sun and sand on the beach it was so refreshing to cool down in the clean pool. Another thing that we loved was the Brunswick that is right next door. They have nightly live music that we can hear right on our balcony. Speaking of balcony. There are chairs out side your front door. My husband and I enjoyed many mornings of coffee and quick lunches there. We always left our front door wide open so the breeze off the ocean would blow in. Another cool fact is on Thursday nights at 9:45pm there is a huge firework display. Again you just walk 100 feet plop down on the beach and watch the spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you Bill and Don!

Excellent location

My family had a great time in old orchard beach. Bill was first off very pleasant and easy to work with. He answered any and all questions and followed up with us while we were there and after we left. Don also was very nice and was there waiting for us on arrival. The condo had everything we needed which was nice because we ate in often because the restaurants in the area were a little expensive for a family of four. The location was perfect for us since we have 2 kids age 4 and 6 and the ability to run up from beach and use the bathroom or bring down lunch was easy. The use of a garage space and a washer /dryer were so very useful. Once you park you can walk almost anywhere else you need to go making it convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kids also got a lot of use from the heated pool. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone coming to visit the area.

Perfect Location for Everyone

The accommodations and location combined make this a vacation to remember. Everything was clean and well maintained in this beautiful condo. The pool was sparkling and the view of the beach from our balcony was excellent. Communication with Bill Dugan the owner could not have been better. We parked in the garage upon arrival and were able to walk everywhere without using vehicle until checkout. Now that's relaxing! I personally recommend this property for everyone.
