Espectacular casa frente al mar en Gran Exuma, Bahamas!

Esta espaciosa villa (6 habitaciones, 4 y 1/2 baños, 2 cocinas completas) ofrece tres pisos de espacio de vida - con impresionantes vistas de Elizabeth Harbor y Cayo Cangrejo.

La cocina en la planta principal es nombrado amablemente con electrodomésticos Thermador y mostradores de granito. La cocina se abre al comedor y sala de estar con vistas panorámicas del puerto Elizabeth & Crab Cay. La planta principal cuenta con un espectacular vestíbulo de dos pisos y medio baño, así como un dormitorio principal (cama de matrimonio) y su propio cuarto de baño (lavabo, ducha y WC) con puertas francesas que se abren a un balcón privado.

La planta superior cuenta con un dormitorio principal en suite privada (cama de matrimonio) con 2 puertas francesas que se abren a una terraza exterior con vistas a Elizabeth Harbor & Crab Cay. El dormitorio principal tiene un vestidor y un enorme cuarto de baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, encimera de granito con dos lavabos, gran cabina de ducha con dos de ducha independiente y aseo.

La planta baja tiene su propia cocina con refrigerador grande, máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, fregadero, microondas y encimeras de granito. Esta cocina se abre a una sala de estar y 4 dormitorios: 2 con camas de matrimonio, 1 con 2 camas individuales y 1 con una cama nido que se convierte en un rey. Estos cuatro dormitorios comparten dos contiguas "Jack-n-Jill" baños de estilo (cada uno con ducha, lavabo e inodoro). También hay una lavadora / secadora ubicada en la planta baja.

La piscina grande, directamente de la planta baja, cuenta con un borde de fuga y se asoma al puerto de Elizabeth y Cayo Cangrejo. La zona de la piscina cuenta con un bar al aire libre cubierto con encimera de granito y construido en la parrilla de gas de acero inoxidable. Un muelle privado (capaz de alojar hasta un barco de 30 pies) se encuentra a pocos pasos de la zona de la piscina.

El gerente de la casa está disponible para asesorar a los huéspedes durante su estancia.

Can't beat the location and amenities in Exuma. Easy to get to Stocking Island for beach days.The view and decks make the place an immediate postcard for family photos. We stayed here with 10 people - 4 adults & 6 kids (17,15,13,13,10,10). Great pool, safe location and accessible to the island for excursions and boat adventures. A little TLC on the property like a bunk room for the littles and improved AC in the master would make it the best place on the island! Thank you for a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Harbour Villa. Location is excellent and convenient to all activities. We felt very safe at February Point (and all of Exuma). Very spacious home. Plenty of room for 3 families with 6 kids. There’s also an extra daybed and pull out couch if someone doesn’t want to share. We only cooked breakfast there but had everything we needed for that. One glitch with the water going out for a couple hours one day but that was all. We never lost electricity. I think the pool may have a leak because it got a couple feet low one day but it filled back up quickly. The beds are VERY comfortable. Everyone in our group commented on that. It was convenient having the boat dock for the days we rented a boat. And we enjoyed snorkeling around the house and we even had an amazing turtle interaction right off the dock! I would definitely stay here again!

The turtles love swimming up to the infinity-edge pool and they're fun to watch. I'm very happy to hear that the home accommodated your three families well because that's how we designed it! Regarding the water, we have Exuma Public Water & they sometimes temporarily shut off the water without notice. This is why we installed a 550 gallon water tank which should kick-on when Exuma public water is out. We recently had a switch replaced on that water tank so I will ask my property manager to get the plumber back out. Regarding the pool's slow leak, I just flew in from Florida a new pool pump housing unit and our pool maintenance guy will be installing that onto the pool pump (which is 2 yrs old). Lastly, I'm so glad the beds were comfortable as we recently purchased new mattresses and bedding and comfort is key. Please come stay with us again!

The house was a bit dated compared with others that we have stayed in at February Point over the past 10 years. The kitchen hood needs to be replaced and interior paint is needed. The AC in the master suite was average compared with other AC units in the house. In addition, there was a leak in the ceiling in the main level bedroom due to a rain storm. We lost power a few times during the stay, thus causing us to be without water pressure to wash hands, shower, etc. The boat dock was very accessible and we enjoyed the location.

Stuart -- thank you for your review and we are designing a new kitchen in the fall. We are constantly updating the house (inside & out). The a/c units on the main floor and master suite are new so I will have our a/c technician check on the unit as he provides quarterly maintenance on all units. Regarding the leak from the rain storm, Tracey (our property manager) recently had that repaired as flashing was missing in that area of the roof. Also regarding power, unfortunately the island does experience brown-outs and the power sometimes goes out in a bad storm, but the power does come back on as the whole island of Exuma has electric service.. We are glad that you used the dock and enjoyed its location. Regards, Diane

Fantastic property

We stayed here for thanksgiving with two other families and the property was fabulous. From the infinity pool to the spacious house to the on-site amenities - we will absolutely be coming back!

This is the most amazing rental we have stayed at in Georgetown! The house was perfect and the listing is very accurate. If possible it is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We had a couple questions during our stay and the local contact was prompt and very helpful! We had a group of 12 well traveled adults and everyone was very pleased!!! I highly recommend the property, the location is great, very private yet convent to town. We will be back in the future!
