-Full bathroom with tub and shower combo shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

Fully fenced in yard with wood-burning fire pit (guests must bring/purchase own wood if wanting to use fire pit), propane gas grill, and outdoor dining table with seating for six.

-Children’s puzzles and games.
-Smart TVs: 65” TV in Living Room, and 55” TVs in Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2.
-Xfinity high speed internet (300 mbps download speed).

Work:
Dedicated work area with desk in Bedroom 3 allows for private workspace if needed.

Pet-Friendly Features:
Pet Supplies: Dog bowls, mat, dog bed and dog waste disposal bags. $50 fee/pet per stay ( dog under 15 pounds only)

Pack’n Play, high chair, plastic utensils: Available for families with young children

Other:
-Outdoor security cameras in use for front, side, and back yards.
-These cameras are in place for the security of the property, guests, and the owners. Any tampering with, covering, or disabling of the security cameras in any way will be considered a violation of the house rules and guests will be reported and may be asked to immediately vacate the home.
-Automatic sunset to sunrise lights at all outside entrances.
-Florida is host to an abundance of wildlife, including many varieties of snakes, lizards, and insects. We strive to keep our home immaculate and employ professional pest control services. We would greatly appreciate your assistance by keeping entrance doors closed as much as possible, putting food away, and quickly disposing of all food garbage in outdoor receptacles. This will help prevent ants, roaches, lizards etc., from getting in the home. In an effort to keep our home up to our stringent cleanliness standards, we respectfully request that guests do not eat or drink on any of the beds (water is ok). Pet Policy
This property is pet friendly with the following restrictions and stipulations:
1. Pet must be approved by host prior to entering home.
2. Small dog (under 15 pounds) only. Please reach out for a list of allowed breeds and rules. Owner is very allergic to cats and the property is not suitable for large dog.
3. Maximum of one pet per reservation.
4. $50 pet fee, per pet, per reservation must be paid to cover additional cleaning costs.
5. Pet owner/guest agrees to pay for any and all property damage incurred by pet during stay.
6.Pets must not be left unattended inside the home unless pet welfare precautions are in place and agreed to by host (e.g. safely crated, etc.).

No Smoking Policy

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind—including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping—is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum additional charge of $500 for deep cleaning and odor-remediation services, plus applicable taxes and any additional costs necessary to restore the property to its original condition for future guests. . Mid-Stay Cleaning for Extended Stays

For any reservation or stay longer than 15 days, a required mid-stay cleaning fee of $175 will apply.

The mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled approximately halfway through the guest’s stay, typically around two weeks after check-in. This cleaning is required to help maintain the property and ensure it remains clean and well-maintained throughout an extended stay.

The $175 fee will be charged separately from the reservation total. Once the cleaning has been scheduled with our third-party cleaning service, the fee is non-refundable and the cleaning appointment cannot be canceled.
