Welcome to Sand & Serenity unit A17, our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom East End condo with private balconies and easy beach access. This is a great fit for families or groups who want an easy coastal stay with plenty of space to spread out and direct beach access.

Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is a one-time charge of $37.00 per vehicle (per stay, NOT per day). After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the parking fee**
*Trailers are allowed at Sugar Beach. Trailers are $100 per space and must be approved before arrival.

*Pet friendly. Vet records to be available upon registration/check in. There is a $100 Owner/Host Pet Fee. THE HOA registration Pet Fee is $80 for first pet and $40 for a 2nd pet for 3 nights or less. If the reservation is 4 nights or more, the fee is $150 for the First Pet and $50 Second Pet. Limit 2 pets per stay. There is no weight limit, but there is an aggressive breed restriction: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.

Security Deposit and Rental agreement
Signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 48 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.
