Location, location, location true words in real estate and vacation rentals. We found the property to be either a short drive or walk to anywhere. Walk or drive to the beach with plenty of parking. Park nearby offered tennis and nice walking trail. Close to numerous restaurants. The well stocked kitchen gave us amble wear to cook breakfast and lunch for our large family. Would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic stay! The rental was spotless, well-stocked, comfortable, and located only a short drive from golf courses and restaurants. Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. We’d absolutely stay here again — highly recommend!

Host was super great and Tony was so helpful at all times. Property was super specious and comfortable. I do wish the pool was cleaner seemed like it could’ve used a good clean when we arrived.

Our stay was excellent! The house was extremely clean and exactly what we needed for our group. There was plenty of space for all 8 guests, along with more than enough towels and amenities to make everyone comfortable.The covered pool was especially nice on the rainy days, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We rented bikes and had quick access to the bike trails, and the beach was just a short ride away.We would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the area and need a property with this much space.

We stayed at this property last year while working the RBC Heritage and returned again this year. The home is very spacious, plenty of seating for relaxing and unwinding. The home is very clean. The host is great and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

I can’t rave enough about this property! It was the perfect location for beach-going and exploring the island, walkable to a semi-private beach and diners/coffee shops. The house was beautifully decorated and was stocked with kitchen supplies and beach equipment. The host was great at communicating and even allowed us an early check-in! It was my group’s first time in HHI and the property/location truly made it such an incredible experience!

The house was perfect for our family. Had plenty of room. There was a few things that we had to reach out to the host for that needed fixed. Not a big deal (garbage disposal, sink etc. ) he was quick to respond and fixed it. Ton of sand toys there, chairs for the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Ton of space!!!! We would definitely stay here again. Everything you could possibly need they have!!

This home was perfect for our girls' R&R getaway. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of space for everyone to get ready to go out. We especially liked being close to the park and the pathway for morning jogs and afternoon bike rides. Communication with the property manager was prompt and attentive.

This home was beautiful! We came with a group of family and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The private backyard felt like our own little oasis and quickly became my favorite spot for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. We especially appreciated the high chair and pack-n-play available for my sister's kiddo, and the game/puzzle cabinet we used on our rainy day. The host was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the beach. The location was perfect for exploring all the island had to offer. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and pretty well maintained. There were a few dings in the paint job and some loose knobs on cabinets but nothing major to suggest the house was in poor condition. The sheets were cozy and the water temperature was great! Just know that if more than one shower is running at the same time, the pressure does drop some. The location of the house was awesome!! We weren’t more than 5-10 minutes from any of our activities or dinner reservations and the house was easy to navigate back to in the dark. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad either, however there isn’t a designated sidewalk so if you have little ones I suggest driving to the beach entrance to be dropped off and then having that person make the walk from the house. The description states that there are no beach towels provided so we just took extra bath towels but I would have paid an extra 20 or 30 to have beach designated towels made available to us. All in all a successful weekend vacation, will definitely rent this place again when we return to HHI!!

Our multi-generation family had a great stay at this property (our first time to HHI). Kitchen- We made use of the nearby Kroger for groceries (note: the property does not have any seasonings or basic cooking pantry items, so if you plan to cook as we did for almost all of our meals, be aware of that! The kitchen was well stocked with all other equipment needed - though two hot pads and a couple more kitchen towels and dish cloths would have been better than the one of each of those items provided.) Pool- It was on the smaller side, but totally functional and clean for the five kiddos (ages 4-10) that we had on our trip. Bedrooms/bathrooms- What more could our three families need! We loved the spaciousness, plenty for all to rest and relax.Misc.- We had to bring our own beach towels, would have been great to include those with the property. There were tons of bath towels- could have had half the bath towels and had some beach towels! Activities - We enjoyed visiting Fish Haul Beach, probably the highlight activity of our time on HHI. It was great to hunt for treasures during low tide. The Coastal Discovery Museum was great (and free!) to check out on our rainy day. The Coligny Beach area was beautiful. Everything on HHI is so well maintained. On our last day, before catching our late night flight, we explored the Savannah River Street Market and Forsyth Park farmers market. Overall- 10/10 place to stay and enjoy for our family vacation. Thank you for the memories!
