Great property + location

We hosted a wedding anniversary at the property. 4 families stayed and were comfortable with plenty of space. The location was perfect and walkable to all tourist attractions.

Perfect location

We rented the entire house - it’s a 2 family house and we had 14 people. The location is perfect. It’s a half a block from the beach right in the main area of the boardwalk. So easy to walk everywhere. The house was clean. It was great to have 5 parking spots. It would have been nice to have the 2 houses connect inside but I understand why as it’s a 2 family house. We all just hung out on the top floor. Plenty of room for everyone and the roof balcony was awesome. We loved our stay! The owner was very responsive to any inquiries I made.

Property is great and so is Maryellen!

The property is a beautiful new construction. It was perfect for our friends and family! We used the larger of the two properties as the main house that everyone congregated in and used the smaller house as more of a quiet space. The only thing that we had reservations about was that there was no inside connection between the two houses, but we were quickly able to work around it! I would be remiss not to mention how wonderful it was to work with Maryellen. We checked in on New Years Eve and she still made herself available to us. We had a bit of confusion with VRBO, and while it was a struggle to work with them, she was completely accommodating and worked directly with us to avoid further frustrations. I would book this property again, but more so, would look to book any property with her! She was simply amazing to work with! Thank you, Maryellen, for a wonderful experience!
