*Beach is literally just across the street! *Just minutes walk to the Pier Park, all attractions, and beachfront restaurants. *Access to Sunset and Sunrise decks (15th floor) (please use West and East elevators to go there).
*Access to a free gym (4th floor), game room (1st floor), 2 ocean and city view decks, heated pool, and the hot tub (4th floor).
*The beach store, coffee store (seasonal), and Saltwater Marketplace are located on the first floor.
*Bamboo Theater on the first floor

-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reason for refund to be issued.

Other things to note
*The guest must be 21 years old to be able to rent the condo.

***This condo is second home for the owner and due to the owner`s severe allergy, NO service animals or emotional support animals allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding!

*No pets.
Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.

*No parties in the unit allowed
*Must wear armbands while staying in the Origin (kids under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband.
*The wristbands cannot be removed once tightened.
*Absolutely no smoking inside the unit
*No parties in the unit allowed.

*Coffee shop is open March 1- October 24

***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store.

***We do not supply coffee or other food supplies, so make sure to bring some of your favorites.

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida`s warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
