The property was absolutely beautiful. The amenities are great for a family to be able to use a kiddy pool, adult pool the pool side, grill and drinks and quick access to the beach as well. The room as well as beds were perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. plenty of towels And kitchen accessories. Very thankful for the visit and the use of your property. Access to restaurants and Coligny an added bonus since they are in walking distance.

Great Panoramic Views!!!
This was by far the cleanest and well decorated place we have stayed at. Newly renovated with new furniture and bedding with king size beds and full bathrooms for every bedroom located on the top/5th floor with double balconies overlooking the ocean. Highly, highly recommended to anyone, perfect location at the coligny roundabout with plenty of shopping and dining right across the street.

Love Seacrest! Have stayed there for years in various condos. Love the property and convenience to shopping/dining, bike trails,beach,etc. Never have to leave! Jim's Beach bar has great food and drinks and is right on the property! Seacrest Never disappoints!

Fabulous property with beautiful views
We are frequent visitors to Hilton Head. We love the location of the SeaCrest property. We have stayed in this unit twice. It is our favorite unit. The space worked well when we have family with us or just two of us. It is very clean, updated and fully stocked with everything we need for a relaxing week on the beach.

Simply Amazing
This is an impeccable, eloquent and amazing condo. The views are better than the pictures, the unit is super clean and well stocked with everything you will need. There are even beach toys, chairs and boogieboards. Fionally, the location is perfect stes from the beach and shopping / restaurants. We look forward to visiting again many more times.

Perfect rental for our vacation
Five adults (ages 53, 59, 60, 80, and 80) stayed here. We were thrilled with the cleanliness, location, views, and personal touches.
1. If you hope to prepare a few meals, this unit will win your heart. Top of the line appliances, coffee maker and Keurig, pots, pans, casserole dishes, great cooking utensils, and tons of plates and glasses. Our only problem was not finding a cutting board but some heavy duty paper sacks served the purpose.
2. Great quality in the towels, bedding, and mattresses. We thankfully even had little toiletry items (at least in the master suite) since we managed to forget shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap!
3. Property management was friendly and fantastic. Recommendations on restaurants as we were unloading luggage and waiting for the elevator. Friendly and patient with outstanding questions when I called (more than once!) Smoke alarm battery was dying on Day 2; it was quickly replaced. The television in one bedroom was not working; resolved after a couple of trips. And when I had to take care of some papers for work but couldn't find operable network or facilities needed at Staples, UPS, or FedEx, they let me come to their office for a quick assist. Top notch folks.
If we come with a larger group again, we won't hesitate to book this unit. It's simply lovely. We enjoyed every moment and were thankful for the opportunity to stay here.

This property was not ready for guests!
1) The first time we tried to use the dishwasher, we had to call and we got a NEW dishwasher. This must have been an issue before our week.
2) When we tried to dry clothes, the drier would not dry them, though the dryer got too hot to touch. THREE service persons came traipsing through in order to resolve the issue. This was obviously a recurring issue, and is something that should be taken care of on a REGULAR basis! It was explained to us that the vent is a long, curved one....
3) The "master bedroom" was so warm that we went out and purchased a box fan the first day! We could locate no returns in that space. We slept with the door open and the fan running every night, all night long.
4) The mattress in the "guest" room A was not a good one, and the man "sleeping" on it has had two back surgeries!
5) The elevator is extremely slow, and we spent way too much time waiting and riding! Isn't it time to replace it?
We LOVED the views and the location. The villa was well appointed with dishes, etc. though we never cooked a meal there - only fixed quickie lunches and breakfasts. It is a pretty unit. The bedrooms/bathrooms were roomy and had nice accommodations (other that what was mentioned above.)
Our question is this - is Sea Crest just getting old and is not being updated and cared for? It is a great location, and the beach is wonderful....

Please accept my apology for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The dishwasher was barely a year old and it is unfortunate that it failed during your stay but very fortunate that we drove out to Lowes and replaced it that day. This was our first indication of any issues regarding the dishwasher. The dryer vent cleaning happens twice a year and again, unfortunately, this fell during your visit. The run is long and required a bit of work to clean out. Thank you for your patience with that and accommodating their work. Regarding the AC in master bedroom, I wish we would have known so we could have addressed. I haven't heard anything about that before. With the mattress, I am sorry your fellow guest found it uncomfortable. Since mattress comfort is so subjective, it is very hard to please each guest. Again, I am not aware of any discomfort noted before. Obviously, we all wish those darn elevators were faster but we don't have any control of that, of course. Lastly, I am very happy you enjoyed the rest of the property and I personally enjoyed meeting you all and chatting with you. The owner spends half of the year in their home here at 3501 and always buttons things up so nicely before leaving. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again!

Awesome views, amenities and access!
Property is beautiful and unit is stunning. We had a wonderful time! My only two complaints were 1) I called vacation rental co as mattress on guest bed was horribly broken down. Was told they would call me if someone needed to check it. No one called but someone showed up while my husband was still in the room. No action taken to replace mattress so my daughter and her husband were stuck with it. Should not be the case for a unit at this price point.. 2) Security needs to be in moderation on grounds. You have an overtly aggressive gentleman who seems to relish in checking wristbands multiple times throughout the day. I personally had mine checked over ten times during our week long stay. Was also questioned about our car despite having the parking tag in clear view. During fireworks , he literally walked around in the dark shining his flashlight on people.

The best view
This is probably the best condo in this building. We have stayed in many Hilton head condos and this is the one we will return to year after year from now on. It is perfect for couples. Three very spacious rooms each with a bathroom and closet. Kitchen was well stocked and Wi-Fi worked great. Ice Machine was a little slow to produce ice but we survived. The only thing I would recommend is turning the furniture to look at the ocean. Otherwise, absolutely perfect location and the cleaning people did a fantastic job!!!

PERFECT...
We were just so content in this beautiful ocean view condo. There was nothing we lacked for...well stocked and then some. The weather was sunny and in the 80's daily. Our four teenage girls LOVED the independence of being able to cross the street to Coligny Plaza. A perfect place to spend with family!

Outstanding Location
It was like we never left our own home. Everything was excellent and that is why we keep coming back to this condo. So close to everything we need without driving. The view of the beach from all angles and closeness to pool and beach is "priceless."

Beautiful Waterfront Condo
Direct oceanfront unit on the top floor. The views are stunning. The unit is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sea Crest has a small gym. The beach is perfect for walking, running and bike riding. Sea Crest is conveniently located to restaurants and shops.
