Our 4BD/4BA waterfront home is 1/2 of a very large 3 story house on Palm Harbor. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds (including a sleeper sofa) we can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The other half of the house will be vacant but inaccessible. Our home sits right on the water, with a view of the Gulf. With SEVERAL balconies, you can spot DOLPHINS & enjoy sunsets from throughout the house. There will never be a lack of activities with a large pool (not heated), HOT TUB, fire pit, game room & boat dock!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to half of the home. The other half will be locked off (the walkway will be enclosed by a bookshelf). This will not impact your stay - the other home will be entirely vacant and unbookable. The reason we do this is more groups want a 4 bed (and the price of it) than 6 beds, that's all!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is residential. It's quiet and very safe. You're super close to beaches, downtown, stores, etc.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the nearby park and pinellas trail. For the beach and downtown, it's a quick drive or uber.



Interaction with Guests:

🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed.

As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
