Casa Marti es una casa hogareña y tradicional ubicada entre Puerto Pollensa y Pollensa. Está a 25 minutos a pie de Puerto Pollensa y un breve paseo en bicicleta hasta el antiguo mercado de la ciudad (4 km). La cabaña está rodeada por un gran jardín privado que tiene una piscina con escalones romanos, barbacoa y un área espaciosa y protegida para cenar al aire libre y relajarse a la sombra. Ambas habitaciones tienen sus propios baños y unidades de aire acondicionado. La propiedad también cuenta con Internet WIFI, televisión terrestre del Reino Unido, iPad, reproductor de DVD, PS4 con juegos, altavoz Bluetooth, Lego y juegos de mesa.

We all absolutely loved staying at this villa. Location was perfect inbetween Pollensa town and Port. Villa was immaculate, and so much outdoor space, far more than we imagined from the pictures. Loved the table tennis table too. Facilities to wash and dry, plenty of towels and everything we needed too cook/BBQ. Will absolutely be returning and have already recommended to friends!

A little slice of heaven!

What a magical house. Highly recommended! Small but perfectly formed inside, with everything you need to hand (plus plenty of toys, kids’ cutlery and cups etc.). Supremely comfy beds too. Great location - quiet lanes for running / walking around, really easy to access Pollensa beach, supermarkets a few minutes away. The house is set in the most spectacular garden, totally private and with a gorgeous pool. Multiple areas to sit and eat outside, and easy parking.

Great and quiet place with beautiful surrounding

We enjoyed our one- week-stay at the villa very much. Garden and pool are nice, house is very clean and well equipped. Pollença is a lovely town for shopping and eating out, the port and several beaches are worth visiting. Even Palma and Sóller .. etc are in 1hour driving distance and we always enjoyed our return to the quiet place. Contact with landlords was immediate . Thank you! Katrin

Lovely stay

Lovely property with lots of outside space and an excellent sized pool. We also loved spending time on the roof terrace in the evenings. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very good and welcome in such hot August weather. With severe storms arriving, we did have some issues with it disrupting the power supply to the water source on 3 occasions, meaning we were without water for short periods. We communicated with Agustina and she was very quick in arriving to sort the issue. Excellent service!

Tranquil villa in lovely gardens.

We’ve just come back from a lovely week in Casa Marti. The house is spotless and well equipped. We loved the outside seating areas for our evening G&T! The country lanes are ideal for cycling and we hired e-bikes for a few days to explore. During our stay the hairdryer exploded I messaged Jaume and within a couple of our his parents appeared with a new one. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it was lovely to met our hosts. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Casa Marti.

Great vacation in a great finca

The finca is situated in a quiet area but very centrally located between Pollenca and Port Pollenca. The finca and the property are very well equipped, clean and very well maintained.

Amazing house perfectly located

The house is amazing, with great view over the mountains and a very nice outdoor including a pool. We came as a family with one todler and one baby and we all had an amazing time. Our son could play safely in the garden. The house is perfectly located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença and allows for a large range of outdoor activities. Agustina and her son Jaume were very helpful all along the way, from our booking to our departure. We would come back with no hesitation if we have the opportunity and we definitely recommend it !

Wonderful calm oasis- you need a vehicle

Wonderful property with everything you need. Clean and calm space - a little bit outside- but with a vehicle you can reach everything you need in about 10 minutes. Lovely place to stay for four persons. Communication was very kind and fast. Every information you need was given before from Jaume. Perfect and very kind organisation.

Relaxing break in lovely peacefull location

We had a lovely week at Casa Marti. The house was spotlessly clean and all of the furnishings indoor and out including the sunbeds are in good condition and very comfortable. We were spoilt for choice with several sitting areas outdoors, there is always the option to be in sun or shade at any time of the day. There is a very generous garden, superb pool and table tennis available in the covered area. The only tricky thing for us was eating out, (not a criticism of Casa Marti as we knew the location was rural) booking a taxi is not easy, one cannot book a time slot, only call 15 minutes beforehand and hope they can oblige, this is not easy if a restaurant table is booked, so a bit more driving for me. This however was a minor item for the luxury of the location. Jaume provided a comprehensive guide via email and on the house i pad with all of the information any guest could ask for. Thanks to Agostini, Marti and Jaume for making such a lovely house available to rent John

The perfect retreat

A lovely villa with an outstanding outdoor area. Quiet and secluded but close enough to all the amenities by car. Lovely watching the stars at night and surise in the mornings over the mountains. The pool was a perfect retreat from the heat and we will certainly be back.

Un petit coin de paradis

Superbe villa, jardin spacieux avec une flore variée du plus bel effet, une grande piscine ensoleillée toute la journée, une indépendance totale, le rêve en réalité. De quoi se détendre et s'amuser en intérieur comme en extérieur, table de ping-pong, PS4... Et bien sûr la piscine avec des bouées et différents jeux aquatiques. Le tout dans un environnement extrêmement calme. La villa de taille suffisante pour une famille de 4, la climatisation bien dimensionnée pour l'ensemble. Situé à moins de 10 min de Pollenca et Puerto Pollenca, entre montagne, mer et ville, l'accès à toutes les commodités est rapide et facile. De nombreuses plages et criques remarquables sont également à moins de 30 min. Notre famille a passé un merveilleux séjour de 2 semaines dans cette location idyllique. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir offert une prestation de ce niveau.

Magnifique maison à Pollença !

Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour à la Casa Marti. La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle, elle est très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont superbes et il y a même des jeux à disposition pour les enfants (table de Ping Pong, jeux d’eau, ballon). La communication avec le propriétaire est facile, il est très réactif et sympathique ! Les conseils sur les visites et les restaurants conseillés nous ont bien été utiles. Lors d’un prochain séjour aux Baléares , nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Wir haben uns 3 Wochen wohlgefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist es gut. Nur das obere Schlafzimmer und das Bad ist viel zu klein und die Treppe ist sehr steil. Das Wasser in der Küche ist sehr belastet.

A beautiful villa

My husband and I have just returned from a fortnight stay at Villa Marti. We found the villa spotlessly clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The villa gardens, pool and entertainment area were very large and well maintained. The location is very peaceful (car recommended) and an ideal base to discover the north of the island. The hosts provided very useful and clear notes on the villa, suggested things to do, restaurants, beaches, town parking etc. The communication with the villa owner (via their son) was prompt and helpful. All in all I can thoroughly recommend Villa Marti for couples or small families. Thank you to the owners and their son for making it a great holiday.

Beautiful house for a relaxed and quiet holiday

My husband and I and our 2 year old daughter had a wonderful week here. The house itself is gorgeous, very clean and has everything you need and even more. The garden is huge and the pool is very nice too, even it was still too cold for us at this time of year ;) there is a table tennis table and lots of space to eat, play and sunbathe. The location of the house is perfect, it‘s very quiet and by car you reach Pollenca in 5min, Port de Pollenca in 3min and lots of beautiful places and supermarkets are nearby. The communication with Craig and Jaume was very nice and helpful, they were extremely friendly and considerate and even provided us with a high chair and a swimming vest for our daughter. We would definitely recommend staying here :)

Amazing week in Casa Marti

We had a fabulous week in Casa Marti. The owners were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was perfect for the 3 of us. Our 2 year old loved the pool and we loved the many outdoor options of seating and dining areas, the covered veranda and roof top patio were brilliant. The villa was clean and comfortable with everything and more than you'd need. Definitely recommend! Many thanks for having us!

Practically Perfect

Nothing but praise for this villa. It was exactly as described, beautifully clean, well equipped and in a great location. Whilst we didn’t have any problems it was reassuring to know that the owner’s parents were just next door if needed. Very happy to highly recommend.

Wonderful pool!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Casa Marti. The interior is cosy and well equipped but the outdoor space was the jewel in the crown. We hired a car which I would recommend although it is a level cycle ride to both Pollenca or Porto Pollenca. Do make sure to get the co ordinates from the property manager if you plan to get a taxi as some drivers struggled to find it. Eroski and Lidl supermarkets nearby and some good restaurants especially in Pollenca old town. It was very warm and humid in mid September so the pool was a delight.

Easy to locate. Everything was just as advertised. However we were more than pleasantly surprised by how large the garden & ‘play’ area were. The Villa is located within east reach of both Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa. Only a few minutes drive or cycle to the nearest Eroski supermarket. - one week was just not enough -

Fabulous holiday Hideaway

This is a superb little property… the inside is small but perfectly appointed- the owners have thought of everything. Outside is fantastic.. a brilliant decent sized pool set in beautiful grounds and very peaceful. A real bonus is with the unique covered seating area in the garden… which runs the whole length of the garden. It has space for the table tennis table, dining table and chairs, outdoor sofa and 2 armchairs and space for sun loungers too. Amazing!!!!! There’s also another patio on the opposite side of the pool with two more sets of dining furniture. The owners were super helpful and although the fridge broke while we were there (just one of those things!) the owners replied immediately and sorted the issue straight away. Great service. They were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

The house looked after by myself and my partner, Maria Bennassar, who is the granddaughter of the late, local painter, Dionis Bennassar. We also run the museum which is dedicated him and worth a visit.

We live in Pollensa, just by the main square and are always available should you need us.
