Amazing!

Loved the condo, so clean a comfortable. Loved the location, the view from the little porch, the short walk to town! Had a very relaxing time with beautiful weather and the hosts were extremely pleasant and accommodating! Will love to go back next if possible!

Location, Location, Location

Condo was an easy walk into Dock Square. Great parking. The condo was clean and well stocked (even Tupperware for your leftovers). We loved sitting on the covered deck/porch with gorgeous views of the river and watching the boats go by. We found it very peaceful and quiet, yet close to the downtown. We felt very safe there! The owner responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. I would definitely return and recommend this condo.

Everything about the property and the process was perfection.

The location is perfect. The view is beautiful. The condo is spacious, open, fully stocked and pristine. Spick and Span. Walk to restaurants and shopping (Both are great.) Short drives to neighboring towns: Ogunquit. Portsmouth. Brunswick. Portland. The coastline is gorgeous and great for sunning and biking. Can't say enough, except I want to go back next summer. Perfection. A++++++++

Beautiful condo!

Michaela's condo is wonderful! It's impeccably clean, comfortable, centrally located to everything dock square has to offer. It has a fabulous view of the KPT river, an inviting pool, washer/dryer, etc. all the amenities you could need for a fantastic vacation! There are no stones left unturned at Michaela's home. Our only minor hiccup were the tenants around us. The people upstairs from us had small children so every morning around 6 am we were woken by small feet running back and forth and back and forth (directly above our bedrooms). Then, at one point, we were "greeted" by one of the owners in another unit who made it clear that she wasn't a fan of "renters" so that was a little uncomfortable. None of these things had ANYTHING to do with this condo or Michaela as it is quite lovely and everything you could possibly want from a VRBO rental - and Michaela is very accommodating! However, we'll probably look elsewhere for our next visit to KPT for the reasons stated above.

Amazing

This property lacks for nothing. Michaela has the condo decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you can possibly need for a relaxing stay. The balcony affords a great view of the pool and inlet. All of the beds and furniture are super comfortable and the air conditioning is very quiet and reliable. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to return.

We have been vacationing here for years and love it more each year . I recommend it for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay . The location is most suitable for adults without young children.

Kennebunkport Summer

Enjoyed our stay.

We were excited to have such a wonderful place to stay for a fall getaway. The condo is in a perfect location to explore downtown Kennebunkport and the surrounding area or to just relax and enjoy the views from inside or out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped giving us the opportunity to eat in, which due to our current Covid 19 situation was very helpful. Having the half bath was also a nice plus. We have rented many condos over the years and this one is definitely one of our favorites.

Perfect Winter Getaway too !!!

We have returned to this wonderful rental time and time again; both Summer and Winter. Our most recent stay was for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude. We love the wonderful Holiday Atmosphere that puts you right in the spirit! This year there was snow that added a special touch. The condo is well furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms and has always been well maintained and clean. We will be returning again later this year to enjoy the Summer in this beautiful location. It is only a short walk to town and is surrounded by restaurants and only a short drive to some great antique shops both in Maine and other areas . If you enjoy the beach there are numerous ones or you can take a scenic boat ride and do some whale watching. We have also chartered a boat and did an evening cruise with friends that live in the area. The condo has a lovely deck that overlooks the river and is the perfect setting to relax with your special someone. There are also items for your beach excursion so no need to worry about packing those items either ! We highly recommend this lovely condo.

Location, Comfort, View

Don’t tell anyone - this is a sweet place. Within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping. Small beach within a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Great unit with many amenities on hand. 3 zone temp control with heat and a/c so everyone is comfortable. Would recommend for adults only, has windows that are floor to almost ceiling height. Small children may find windows too tempting. Nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Another Great Visit to Kport!

The condo is located perfectly for short walks into the city to catch a bite to eat or shop. We had beautiful weather this trip. Our guests had a relaxing visit with us.

Perfect, hassle-free getaway

No disappointments. This was our second year staying in the condo - it was just as top-rate as the first year. We can walk to all the restaurants, it’s quiet and has a beautiful view, the kitchen is easy and well-equipped, and the owners are very accessible and responsive should you need to ask a question or report a problem. We will come back year after year.

Fabulous Fourth!

Fourth of July in Kport this year was great! Great weather and great views. Well equipped kitchen for all our needs. Shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Hope to return in 2019.

What a lovely rental - everything works, all amenities up-to-date and high-quality, serene view, comfortable in hot and cold weather. The owner was very accessible and easy to work with. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will DEFINITELY be coming back next year.

The Best Place to Stay in KPT for So Many Reasons

Words can't describe how GREAT this place is. Clean, cozy, fantastic layout, great deck on the water, a fully loaded kitchen for those who like to cook and all the amenities of home. This condo is so comfy and it's conveniently located to dock square, shopping, restaurants, the beach and lovely neighborhood walks - there is no reason to get in your car or go anywhere else. Additinally, the owners know how to run a VRBO: communication is great, everything is dialed in professionally. I would not stay anywhere else in KPT.

A Relaxing September Stay

Really enjoyed our stay this September. The condo is conveniently located so we could walk into the city center to shops and restaurants. The weather was great too. Love the interior upgrades..new furniture and color scheme. Look forward to returning next year. Cheers!

Perfection plus a pool

Wow. Michaela was the most amazing host- anything you could think of was already at your fingertips, including everything from a q-tip to beach towels. Sitting on the deck and watching the tide rush in and out made it hard to leave the house every day! May I add- this is not where the owner's old furniture goes to die. The beds and couches and even outdoor furniture were so cozy and comfy. Love this spot!!!

Beautifully appointed condo !

Updated decor , clean and fully stocked . We have stayed here five times over the last few years and plan on returning again. Over the last few years the owners have updated the place always keeping it freshly painted and new looking. This time we walked into new flooring and furniture. The location is close to town and beaches. You can spend time relaxing on the back deck or near the pool. There are plenty of things to do in town including a fun whale watch cruise . Spend a day in Portland and come back to town and unwind. Thank you for another wonderful time !
