Villa Jardin is located approx. 2 kilometres from the beautiful town of Muro in an absolutely quiet location on a plot of approx. 15,000 square metres surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. Due to its marvellous location on a hill sloping down to the sea, the climate in the villa is very pleasant even in high summer. About 10 minutes away by car, a long sandy beach, the ‘Playa des Muro’, a completely undeveloped sandy beach, stretches for several kilometres and is one of the most beautiful on the island. There are plenty of shops and first-class restaurants in Can Picafort, Muro and Sa Pobla, just a few kilometres away.
Since the completion of the new Sa Pobla-Palma railway line, the capital can also be easily reached by air-conditioned train in around 30 minutes. Several golf courses are within 15-20 minutes by car from Villa Jardin.

Villa Jardin is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with an open fireplace, dining area and wonderful views of the garden. The classic country-style kitchen is open to the living area and is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are on the first floor and have a balcony, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.

The house has air conditioning in the living area and central heating. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. From 2026 the bedrooms will also be fitted with air conditioning.


The property is approximately 15,000 square metres in size and includes a garden area with a pool, Mediterranean plants and many lawns. The pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces, sun loungers and parasols are available. There is a barbecue with an outdoor kitchen in the immediate vicinity of the pool. Covered outdoor terraces surround the Villa Jardin.
