Finca Analena is in approximately 1 km distance to Pollensa and is set in an area with mainly fincas and villas. The charming old town is in 20 minutes walking distance and offers a nice choice of restaurants, shops and coffee shops. The market on Sundays is very popular and attracting visitors from all over the island. The romantic beach of Cala Sant Vicente is approx. 5 km away, the long sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa is in a short travelling distance. The port offers a fantastic seaside promenade with spectacular views, some nightlife and restaurants catering to any taste and budget. The nearby golf courses of Alcudia and Pollensa range among the most scenic courses of the island. The tramuntana mountains are at the doorstep, offering plenty of routes for hikes and those wanting to go for a leisurely stroll.

Finca Analena is a newly renovated and tastefully furnished holiday home. Designed in a modern maritime style, the rooms are spacious and bright. On one level, the finca has a spacious and bright living/dining room with direct access to the garden and pool area. The large, modern kitchen is directly adjacent and offers plenty of space and access to the garden. There are a total of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with two single beds and also with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a further bathroom with shower in the outdoor area. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, including the kitchen.

Finca Analena offers a very nice garden with lawns and a large pool. There are various covered terraces and a pool house, overlooking the pool, which is furnished with a small outdoor kitchen and a dining table. Two more furnished terraces are available at the house. There is also a separate shower room, a brick built barbecue, table football and table tennis.

Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
One bedroom is only suitable for children.
