Walk from the deck, past the wonderful pool and step onto the beach.House is fully stocked and has a great layout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in CSB for 15 years and this house was by far our favorite! The house was super clean and exactly as promised. I am a widowed mom who brought my crew of 5 kiddos (ages 15-25) plus one grand-baby to stay. The views from the main room were spectacular, and there was more than enough space for everyone to claim as their own. The short walk to the beach made it easy to be back and forth all day and the pool made for an amazing option when we needed to cool off. The game room downstairs (and shuffleboard outside) meant the kids hardly spent any time glued to their phones- which was my goal. There were plenty of gates to keep the toddler safe as well. The manager was very responsive even on a holiday weekend. We would absolutely recommend this house and can't wait to book our next visit!

Great Vacation House on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at Water's Edge. It was great to be able to see the beach and sunsets from the windows at all times and be able to walk out a few steps to the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool. We were surprised with all the great cooking supplies available as we cooked most meals in house and were not lacking anything. We also liked that it was closer to St. Joe and not further down the Cape.

At Water’s Edge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was very good. There were a few things that need to be corrected. The coffee pot still had grinds in it and it should have been cleaned. Some of the appliances put away in the drawers were dirty. And the property had aluminum cans and some litter scattered about. The two items in the house that were broken were quickly repaired. The other issue was the door locks, the way it was described to unlock them was not correct and we did struggle with getting in and out of the house.

The house, beach and pool were amazing. We had two 1-year olds and the ranch style living coupled with the outdoor deck gates worked perfectly. The deck doubled as a gated outdoor playpen and the private heated pool was a big winner with them as well.

The best kept secret of Florida

One of the most memorable vacations we’ve experienced. The property description is spot on when it says, the beach is the back yard. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous clean home, but........

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, seemed new, extremely clean. Crazy amount of toys and amenities. 4 stars because the advertisement of a KING size bed is very misleading. It was 2 twin beds pushed together that kept coming apart. A king-size sheet might have helped rather than putting twin sheets on it. Refrigerator freezer had an issue closing properly, otherwise, the place was fabulous. The trash removal very confusing. Sign on cans says don’t move them, they would be picked up and returned. They were never returned and we had to go get them to put our trash out. Property management company, not good. Website shows trip insurance included in total price, then charged for it. When questioned, no answer for it. The website and rental agreement does not state no pets. I called twice to clarify/verify a service dog. Then 5 minutes after we arrived received a call that absolutely no pets allowed and were threatened eviction or a fee. When I explained the phone calls and nothing on website or rental agreement either, I was given the impression that I would not be charged a fee. Then arrived home to discover I had been charged a fee anyway, which I am disputing. I also asked a few general questions via email and never got an answer. Beware, Donna will only answer the questions she wants to answer and obviously has not resolved the discrepancies on the website that I pointed out, nor discussed service animals with the owner since we got a call 5 minutes after arriving. If you can get past these issues, the home is fabulous. Actually looked at booking for next October, but changed our mind after the rental fee doubled and we were charges an extra fee after the fact.
