Este primer condominio frente al fondo del mar está situado en uno de Los Cabos tramos más bellos de la playa, Playa Costa Azul. El entorno es tranquilo, sin embargo, que están a sólo unos minutos de la encantadora e histórica ciudad de San José del Cabo.
Totalmente equipado y decorado con buen gusto, este luminoso, condominio sunfilled se actualizará anualmente y tiene todas las comodidades del hogar. Nuestro patio de gran tamaño da a dos piscinas magníficas Oceanside, jacuzzi y una terraza junto al mar maravillosamente ajardinado. El patio cuenta con plantas nativas que atraen a una interesante variedad de aves.
Ver la salida del sol sobre el Mar de Cortés como usted saluda el día, da un paseo de la playa a los restaurantes al aire libre, o simplemente sentarse bajo la observación de ballenas palapa. Conveniente para una tienda de comestibles, ya sea caminando por la playa o tomar un corto trayecto en coche. Hay un sitio en clínica médica, fácil acceso al transporte público, y acceso inalámbrico a Internet, si usted necesita para mantenerse en contacto.

We had a wonderful time at Susanne’s place relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Her condo is very well equipped and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We love El Zalate. The condo met all of our expectations. The ground floor location is perfect with a view of the pool and the beach. The condo is equipped with everything you need and well appointed. We highly recommend this condo and El Zalate.

Hidden Gem

Everything about this rental was fabulous, including the owner Susanne! The oversized private patio overlooking the pools and the ocean was a perfect place to start and end a day in Cabo. Nicely equipped kitchen (sans a potato peeler) and great bathroom. We’re considering another trip back but only if we can secure this private and relaxing unit in a mellow setting. Thank you Susanne for sharing your property for our enjoyment.

Pleasant surprise

Usually I stay in Cabos San Lucas, but for a change I selected this beach and condo. We spent four days on the property and liked it so much, I'm looking at purchasing in the future. The grocery store nearby has everything needed - far more in selection and price than Walmart -- for living in the condo. We enjoyed the condo, beach, and all the property personnel who were very helpful in finding reasonable transportation everywhere. We ate on the porch every evening, enjoying the view and people watching. At one point, we were the only people so we had all three pools to ourselves and played like kids. Thank you for the great time and opening our eyes to more possibilities.

Great Beachfront Property in SJD

We had a great visit to Suzanne’s condo the first week of May 2022. The patio is like an extension of the condo and we spent our days relaxing on the patio or poolside when we wanted to watch the waves and comings and goings on the beach. We also took advantage of the beach chairs provided so we could perch in the sand and watch the waves crash. The complex was quiet at the beginning of the low season, so the amount of activity was perfect. During high season, we might have felt like we were in a fishbowl since the patio opens onto the main walkway for three of the four villas. The condo itself was perfect for two and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, including newer appliances. The noise from the adjacent highway was minimal inside the condo and poolside. The highway did make for some interesting brisk walks to the nearby grocery store, but we found it easier to just walk rather than dealing with a cab/Uber and the underground tunnel to access the property.

Absolutely the perfect Beach Home!

This Home is Perfect! Very comfortable! Very Quiet! The pools are perfect also, One pool normal temp one pool cooled and the Jacuzzi is just right. The beech and ocean are right off the patio. Walking distance to some great restaurants. To Owner Susanne is one of the nicest sweetest people you will ever meet, Her manager Bonnie is awesome and has a great knowledge of Baja and the area. We can't wait to return.

One Bedroom @ El Zalate

My husband and I loved our time at El Zalate. This was our third time being there in different condos and it didn’t disappoint! We loved staying on the ground floor because it made it so easy to come and go to the pool. Susanne happened to be staying there at the same time and she was so friendly and gracious! We would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a very last minute opportunity to get away for a week and Susanne’s place was available the same week. She responded immediately and was very accommodating of our last minute notice. The condo is very comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The most important things for us were beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Susanne has them. Thank you Susanne!

Great Winter Get Away!

We stayed in Suzanne’s place for 8 nights in El Zalate. The property is beautiful with abundant bougainvilleas bordering the gardens. It is an all condominium complex and not a resort. There are no blaring music or bingo games to distract from the amazing ocean view and hearing the pounding of the waves on the shore! Susanne’s place is beautiful, very comfortable, updated, clean, her decor is tasteful and has all the amenities needed. We loved having our meals in the beautiful, large patio and looking out to the swimming pools and the ocean. She is quick to respond to any concerns and she is welcoming and warm. I highly recommend her place.

Better than expected

The overall experience was magical. From the morning sunrise from the patio to the waves lulling us to sleep at night, this place was paradise. The condo is beautifully appointed with great attention to detail. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen and a touch of elegance through out. We will return!

loved it and exactly as the pictures show

We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay in the condo. Perfect if looking for a quiet relaxing time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and pots & pans. The bathroom had plenty of towels but just be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. The bed was the most comfortable that have slept in Mexico. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The patio was large and enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunrise and sunset. Suzanne was a delight to meet and even brought us a couple plastic wine glasses for our use. The large Mega store is a nice walk down the beach and cab back. Zipper and Mama Mia restaurants are close and excellent food! The thing missing was there was no BBQ outside so had to cook our meals inside. Every Friday a older man comes by the pool to sell very fresh seafood of prawns, lobster, scallops, and tuna.

A great spot.

Wanted for nothing. Very quiet complex, grocery store is a short cab ride. Smaller convenience store at the complex next store. Pool is great, can't swim in the ocean. Couldn't find the gym. So relaxing. Peaceful.

I shall start with a positive note, Suzanne the owner was very gracious to deal with. I have a 5 lb service dog who alerts me when Im going to have a seizure, I wasnt there 5 minutes before being told that she wasnt allowed because I wasnt a homeowner. I had to take her to a kennel, and spent 2 afternoons in a hospital. the Homeowners are a bunch of elderly americans and canadians who appear to think the gate closed when they arrived. I have been traveling to Mexico for 20 years and Im afraid the Baja Sur has been permanantly damaged by US. I would highly recommend hotel el ganzo! its a new hotel at the marina where your pets are welcome and so are you

Perfect getaway for a couple seeking relaxation

This condo is a gem! We spent 4 perfectly relaxing nights there, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and wandering back and forth between the gorgeous and luxurious pool area, the warm and sunny beach just steps beyond the pool, and the comfort of the condo which had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and necessary stores, and we met lots of great people around the pool. We felt well taken care of and had a great experience with the owner. Needless to say, we started planning our next visit as soon as we landed back home!

Spacious ground level condo with amazing views of the ocean and pools

My husband and I spent 10 glorious, relaxing days in this lovely condo. We were within walking distance of the Mega store for groceries and situated on the beach to also be within walking distance to Zippers for lunch or dinner. Mama Mia's next door at the Coral Baja was handy for Happy Hour and other meals as well as Sardina Cantina just outside the complex on the highway. The condo itself showed exactly as the pictures posted. It was extremely comfortable with all the amenities one would need to cook meals at home. Plenty of towels for the bath and the beach. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and having meals outside with our friends. The owner was easily contacted as well as her property manager. We did not want for anything. Thanks so much Susanne & Bonnie. We felt safe at all times and enjoyed our many strolls on the beach and into the town for the art walks as well as the weekend jazz festival. Our friends had a car so we were able to get to Cabo quite easily and take a boat to the beaches. We hiked the hill to the white cross and the views from up top were fantastic. We also managed a drive to the Sierra de la Laguna Biosphere Reserve and hiked the trails there; cooling off in the pool by the waterfall. San Jose del Cabo is my new favorite Mexican destination. I would recommend this condo to any couple seeking a relaxing holiday. It was everything we expected and more!! We would definitely stay at this lovely condo again in the future.

Beautiful Condo

We just returned from our stay and really loved this ground floor unit. Very easy access to pool and beach. The unit is exactly as pictured and I must mention the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. So great to wake up and see the beautiful sunrise from the patio! The owner, Susanne was great to work with, very flexible. We have stayed in other condos at El Zalate and would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Susanne!

Wonderful Location

We recently rented this magnificent ground floor condo for a two week vacation. It is situated on one of Los Cabos most beautiful stretches of beach, Playa Costa Azul. The setting is very tranquil, yet you are only minutes by car away from the charming and historic town site of San Jose Del Cabo. The condo is fully equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. This bright, sun-filled condo has all of the comforts of home. The huge ceramic tiled patio looks out on two gorgeous ocean side pools, a jacuzzi and a beautifully landscaped seaside terrace awaits you. The patio has native plantings which attract an assortment of birds & butterflies. You can watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez as you greet the day, stroll along the beach to various outdoor restaurants, or simply sit under the palapa while whale watching. Convenient to a large grocery store by either walking along the beach, the sidewalks or taking a short drive. Easy access to public transportation and wireless internet access is available. The condo owner is truly professional and is easily accessible by phone or emails. She was most helpful in providing us with information ahead of landing in Los Cabos, i.e. "Directions from the Airport", "Points of Interest" about her condo, suggested stores to buy food & drinks, as well as various dining facilities within a few minutes walk. This condo afforded us with one of our BEST vacations ever! We are so impressed… we've booked it again in 2014.

Wonderful Experience

We were not sure what to expect. The pictures looked great and we had been to San Jose several time but not at this property. We loved it! The size was perfect and it was decorated in a charming Mexican style. We especially enjoyed the terrace right on the ground floor. The garden and pool views were very pretty especially at night when everything was gently lighted. The complex was beautifully maintained- spotless and very secure. It was so peaceful. Perfect for reading and just being lazy. The owner was reachable for any questions. We liked that also.We liked it so much we are skipping Maui and coming back here .We made great friends right next door and look forward to seeing them again.
