Best location on Indian Pass! Beautiful views! Uncrowded beach! Great proximity to Port St Joe shopping and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen for meals in. Only complaint, the pool heater was not working (early April the water is extremely chilly). But they were quick to refund the full amount charged for pool heating. Overall it was a great vacation for 8 adults and 1 child under 1 year!

The home and beach were both outstanding. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this one had by far the best equipped kitchen and living spaces, as well as being beautifully decorated. The three balconies look out at a pristine beach. The few very minor maintenance issues were resolved by management immediately. We would happily return.

This home is absolutely immaculate! We most definitely overpacked - literally need some clothes and a toothbrush - everything else is already there. The kitchen was amazing for our large family who likes to cook while on vacation - it comes completely equipped with everything that you could ever possibly need (and then some). The decor was gorgeous - so much that I spent much more time cleaning than I normally would on vacation, simply because I didn't want anything to be out of place. I didn't think an elevator would be helpful - holy cow was I wrong, what a game changer hauling in groceries and luggage. As for Port St Joe, itself - we absolutely fell in love with the small-town feel. It is literally like having your own private beach. Incredibly private and beautiful. We chose this area because it is dog-friendly and it does not disappoint. Our goldens had the absolute best time of their lives. They were so exhausted from playing on the beach, they slept the whole day when we got back. We saw a dolphin very close to where we were swimming. Building a fire on the beach at night and watching the waves crash under the moonlight is my new favorite thing in the world. There were great places to eat in "town" (Provisions - is 5 out of 5 great). We are looking for a potential vacation home and Port St Joe just climbed to #1 on our list.
