Sea la Vie — Unit 43E — Completely renovated January 2026, gulf-front top-floor condo at High Pointe. Bright, modern 2BR/2BA retreat sleeps 6 with a new king in the primary and two new queens in the second bedroom. All furniture is brand new, plus brand-new bedding, linens, and towels. Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook could need, plus a dry bar with wine fridge and full glassware.

Relax on the private balcony with sweeping gulf views and enjoy happy hour overlooking the water. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella setup is included with rentals. The unit also provides a pack-and-play, lots of family games, smart TV, high-speed Wi‑Fi, and a brand-new large washer and dryer. Convenient drop zone at the entrance for towels, shoes, and beach/pool gear.

The beachfront apartment was excellent, recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was extremely responsive to texts and calls, very accommodating, and made the stay easy from start to finish. It was especially nice dealing with a real person rather than a management company, which made the whole experience feel more personal and reliable.

The Garrett's place is phenomenal! It has everything you would want in a beach front vacation place to stay. Views are awesome! Beds were super comfortable. Unit is impeccably decorated! Furniture is comfortable. Kitchen has all you need for your stay. 10 out 10! We will be staying here again! Thank you for letting us rent your place.

Wow, what a place! The pictures don't do it justice. My husband and I had the most restful time! The sunsets were amazing, the sand so amazingly soft. Absolutely everything was perfect. I think the temperature broken outside because it was a solid 75 degrees everyday! Lots of fun shops and great walking areas. Bikes too if you have time for that. Short stay this time but we will be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sea la Vie! From the moment we booked, communication was prompt, informative, and incredibly helpful, making everything feel effortless. Check-in was seamless, extremely accommodating (Thank you so much!), the instructions were thorough, and the recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local favorites helped us make the most of our trip.The condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and even better than the photos!! The views were incredible, the location couldn’t have been better, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included made every day on the beach so easy. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, and it was nice having the pool just steps away whenever we wanted a break from the beach. Everything was thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, and clearly cared for, making it easy to settle in and simply enjoy the week.The local recommendations were outstanding! Pescado and Citizen were hands down our favorite restaurants, and Crabby Steve’s quickly became our daily tradition for fresh seafood, great drinks, and an unbeatable atmosphere.By the end of the week, we found ourselves wishing we had just a few more days. It was exactly the kind of vacation we had hoped for, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping create memories we’ll never forget. We will absolutely be back!

We had an unforgettable spring‑break stay at this condo — perfect for families. From booking onward, Jen was incredibly responsive and made us feel like family; she truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.The unit was spotless and beautifully updated with families in mind — plenty of space and thoughtful touches for a party of five. Security on the property was top‑notch, and the location is unbeatable: we never needed our car and were able to see and do so much within walking distance. This condo is ideal in so many ways! I have been vacationing all around 30A for almost 20 years but never to the Rosemary beach area. I loved the walkability of this condo. Across the street, you can find several eateries, ice cream, music, bike rentals and a small grocery store. You can easily walk to Rosemary and enjoy the Sunday Farmer’s Market, many restaurants and cute stores. You can also easily walk or bike to Alys for more great restaurants and shops. The beach itself is pristine. If you have trouble walking or trouble doing a lot of steps, there is zig zag pathway that you can easily walk to get to the beach. When I book a place, I look for a covered large balcony with seating and a table for games. The balcony here is perfect! Even when it rained hard one day, no water got onto the floor. The condo is immaculate and has amble storage space. The main bathroom has so much room for all your clothes and even has ample hangers! I am an avid cook but did not cook on this trip but checked out the kitchen and it has everything you need to prepare a meal…even very sharp knives. The host was wonderful and answered my questions almost immediately. She went out of her way to write up more info about restaurants and coffee shops. Nothing went sideways on our trip but I know she would have fixed anything immediately. My favorite meal was brunch at The Citizen…get the Beach Pie! I will rent this condo again. Our stay was in May and the weather was great! Not crowded.

Jen was so great! Definitely my favorite host to ever work with on VRBO. She was so kind and receptive. The condo was beautiful. Beds and linens were so cozy. I’m a huge germaphobe so cleanliness is a must for me and this condo was immaculate! The staff at the condo were very kind as well and any time they had to check for wristbands they were super respectful. Other than the weather thanks to “Arthur” this was a wonderful experience.
