Parking: Two parking spots are available per reservation.

Guest Capacity: The apartment is suitable for up to 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.

Toiletries: We provide enough toiletries to start your trip for a few days. Anything beyond that will need to be purchased on your own.

Local Ordinances: Please respect local laws and ordinances during your stay.

We are not responsible for any closed amenities during your stay. Although this is rare, community maintenance and closures are not up to us.

Security Camera: There is a Ring Doorbell on the front door and a Minut noise decibel monitor inside the unit.
