Fully Stocked House Near Beaches and Restaurants
Welcome to the Compound! New to VRBO but very well reviewed on other popular sites. A standalone single family home with a large detached garage converted into a game room. You have everything all to yourself! Great centralized location. Within a couple miles of all the best restaurants, beaches and nightlife that Asbury Park, Bradley Beach and Belmar have to offer. Stocked with all the essentials and more for a comfortable worry free stay.
Open concept ranch style home with a basement. It's carefully curated with everything you need including fresh clean linens, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, hair dryer, iron and much more. The home is professionally cleaned after each visit and is landscaped once a week. High speed WIFI included. The living room, primary bedroom and garage have big screen smart TV's. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, full body mirrors and plenty of closet space. The entertainment station under the TV in the living room is packed with games and books for entertainment. I paid special attention to the ambiance and lighting around the home. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel cookware, dinnerware, utensils, glasses, mugs, salt, pepper oil and vinegar. The kitchen also includes a coffee bar stocked with coffee. Ice maker and water filter. There's a park directly across the street. Backpack beach chairs and beach towels provided. High end Weber grill with propane in the back yard. The 1/2 bath is a toilet and sink by the laundry room downstairs in the basement. Come visit, I know you will enjoy your stay here!

The backyard and attention to detail. The garage converted game room is a perfect space for hanging out with the family. The basement is also nice. Most listings don't have that. Good storage and extra space.
