Staying at Kamaole Sands is like staying inside a gorgeous park, with fountains, pools, and a well manicured lawn and colorful plantings. We spent quite a bit of time at the spacious pool and gym, and at Kamaole 3 beach just across the street. Will absolutely come here again.....favorite resort of my life!

PMI never disappoints, they have the best communication and ensure their units are in top condition and fully stocked with everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. It was a great unit with most everything you'd need. The neighbors were noisy and had small kids, which is typical for ground units. They kept looking in our sliding doors, so lack of privacy sometimes was an issue. Overall the unit was great, but the sliding door upper lock needs to be fixed. Thanks for letting us stay there.

You get lots of natural light all day and a nice breeze blows through the unit so we barely had to use the AC. It also comes equipped with pretty much everything you need. We left beach toys there that I hope the next family that stays can use them. Would’ve been great to have a boogie board but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great 1st floor apartment

You'd have quick and easy access to swimming pool or BBQ areas. The garden area is maintained very well. 5 mins walk to the Kamaole beach. The unit had all needed kitchen utensils, towels , 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Boogie boards and kids toys could be rented next to the pool club. The only con that I can list here is that neighboring unit was under construction and there was some noise during the week days, but contractors were responsive enough to stop the noise when it was needed.

This time we were in 2 suites and had to change rooms as we spent 5 nights in 2-105. Matt arranged for us to drop off our luggage in the next suite along with our refrigerated food supply as we weren’t sure how we were going to keep it cold while we waited for the new room to be cleaned. We dropped our stuff off and then were able to go out an enjoy our day to return to a clean room with all of our clothes and food supply.

It was the perfect location for couples and families with small children. With a beach right across the road and the pool and wading pools on the property the kids had a blast. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and obviously tended to with much T.L.C. The gardeners are doing a wonderful job of maintaining their piece of paradise. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.
