Sterling Reef 104 is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo offering stunning Gulf views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters. The master suite features a king bed with direct balcony access, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace.
