DIRECT OCEANFRONT AND BOARDWALK with an outdoor pool! 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom oceanfront second floor condo on the boardwalk at 4th Street in the El Capitan building. Just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - this is truly the perfect Boardwalk location. Not only are you on the boardwalk and by the ocean, you can even enjoy a swim in this building's outdoor pool! This two-story beach home has many recent upgrades including luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a new kitchen that includes quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Walk out onto the balcony to beautiful ocean views which are also enjoyed from the upstairs bedroom. The upper level bedroom has two queen sized beds and a twin sleep chair. The main level bedroom has a queen sized bed and private en-suite bathroom. Additionally the living room has a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 9 guests comfortably. Smart TV's are in the living room and each bedroom with free high speed Wi-Fi so you can watch your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) The location is the absolute perfection as you wake up and have your coffee watching the sunrise on your private balcony or soak up the people watching on the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience and the building has an elevator. You'll receive one unassigned parking spot in the buildin lot. Sorry, there are no additional spots available but you can typically find free street parking for a second vehicle within 3-4 blocks. Enjoy breakfast at Sunrise Diner, which is on the main level of this building and one of OC's best breakfast spots. Dunkin is next door so you won't need to go far to get your morning coffee, snack or anything else you need for your perfect beach vacation!
**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $148.65. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
