Thank you for viewing our property. I am originally from NYC and moved to Rochester in the mid 80's and immediately fell in love with the city and the surrounding area. The city is multi cultural and famous for music and art. We have majestic Lake Ontario just north and the fabulous Finger Lake region just to the south with it's rolling hills, gorgeous lakes, vineyards, wineries and breweries and small towns speckled all through the area. What is not to love !!
Besides my children, my greatest passion is fly fishing which my partner (and co-host) Al do all through the Rochester area, Colorado, Belize etc...
We Love hosting! We launched our first property which is a log home in the Finger Lakes region a few years ago and just had the best experience with it. We are Superhosts and that alone speaks to how invested we are in making sure our guests have the best possible experience.

I have a passion for old homes and historic areas. Every home I have ever owned in Rochester has been built in the 1800's. The Corn Hill neighborhood is just beautiful with all of the majestic historic Victorian homes dotted throughout the streets. Like us, our neighbors take such pride in living here.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our property is newly remodeled, is brightly lit with natural light pouring through the windows, newly refinished hardwood floors throughout, a gorgeous spa like bathroom with frameless shower, farmhouse sink, ceramic tile throughout. The queen size beds are comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen has all of the conveniences of home. The living room has a comfortable mid century modern vibe with a faux fireplace and a large 55 inch TV mounted on the wall that is ROKU enabled. There is an office area in the living room for remote workers. Free Fiber optic high speed internet is provided. Washing machine and dryer in the unit.
